We offer luxury accommodations with our Vacation Rentals. We suppy everything you need from 500 count cotton linens to free bikes that come with your vacation rental. Beautiful landscaped grounds, a huge heated pool with a clubhouse and fitness center are also included. 42″ flat screen tv with Bose surround sound, granite countertops and stainless appliances are standard amenities as well.

History

Established in 2008.

Since 2008, Dreamscape Properties LLC started business with our condo that we call «Tee by the Sea», a ²⁄₂ ½ luxury condo located in“Coral Hammock, a beautifully landscaped complex of only 52 units and less than ½ mile outside Key West in Stock Island or what the locals call «Old Key West». Offering 1100 square feet of beautiful accommodations that include covered parking, 500 count cotton sheets, 42″ Plasma with Bose surround sound, tile floors and granite countertops throughout plus 8 bikes. The condo is only 5 years old and boasts a list of amenities that cannot be compared and items that most guests would pay extra for at any other vacation rental. We pride ourselves on our location of being right across the street from the only 18 hole golf course in Key West and right next to several full service marinas. We so close to Key West that its a must to use the bikes and tour our island city and really see the beauty of island living at its best.

Business Owner

I have lived in Key West since I was 5 years old, graduated from Key West High School in 1985 and continued my education at Florida Keys Community College before moving to Tampa to attend the University of South Florida. I came back to Key West got married and ran my own insurance agency for 5 years while owning another agency with my husband at the time before we started our family. I have 3 sons that were all born in Key West and are still attending school here now with my oldest heading off to the University of South Florida this fall.

I am divorced now and work as a kitchen designer for a local cabinet manufacture but my true calling and passion is owning and managing my business Dreamscape Properties. I have a wonderful boyfriend of 12 years now who owns his own moving service and we love our life together. We follow my sons and sponsor their passions for hockey and socccer and travel to tournaments as well as taking our own private vacations as often as possible.
