Pamplemousse Cafe

As i write this, i am eating a delicious plate of kiwis, mango and strawberries in January. If it wasn’t for this place, I would probably continue to bring in Ramen noodles and lean cuisines to eat at my desk during lunch. This place is immaculate, with nice, cool AC in summer and toasty heat on in winter. Everything is delicious, FRESH, and the owners Patrick and Anna are always pleasant and friendly to the customers. Anna does most of the cooking and baking herself, and the quality is reflected in the food. I would rather wait a few minutes longer and pay a slightly higher price, and get rewarded with amazing breakfast or lunch every time I come here.
This place is the polar opposite of the dumpy, filthy delis that dominate the area and most of queens. (You know, the ones that don’t bother to turn the air conditioning on in 90° heat and serve meat that looks like it’s rotting) Oh and one other thing-​they actually except credit cards without a minimum, because they are more interested in providing convenient service than saving a few pennies on a credit card fee. If you Ever have jury duty or if you’re in Kew Gardens for some other reason, make sure that you stop in and try some delicious food. You will be glad you did.

A friend and I had a good breakfast here. Service was friendly, and my omelette was delicious, although not made with egg whites as requested. (I didn’t send it back, although I’m sure that wouldn’t have been an issue!) The space is very clean and sunny, and the café is nice addition to the neighborhood. I imagine it will continue to improve as business picks up and the menu expands; they already have many options (like turkey bacon and pancakes) available that aren’t on the regular menu — just ask!

I just wanted to tell this place pamplemousse café it’s the most cleanest, friendly, and most delicious place I’ve ever been in my whole life. This place is fresh and clean but the food is amazing and very delicious. The people so friendly and warm hearted that you would feel like you are at home. The food size are huge that you feel full and want more to eat. The chef cooks amazing. I would recommend anyone for this place.

Pamplemousse Café is the best thing to happen to Kew Gardens in ages. The food is gourmet quality, with inventive choices, generous portions and very reasonable prices. Everything I’ve had from their menu is outstanding, especially the beet burger. Their daily specials are not to be missed. We stop by a few times a week to pick up something for dinner, and every meal has been a delight. Much success to this welcome addition to the neighborhood!

A delicious outpost of fresh food in a desert of options. I’ve loved everything I’ve eaten. If you’re stuck on jury duty… Give it a shot! I just wish they’d add some more seating.

Excellent new place. The service is a little slow but the food is well worth the wait. The Courthouse area desperately need some food choices. McDonalds is considered fine dining around here. It’s so nice to discover a place that sell fresh healthy food.

I had a delicious salmon wrap and mushroom soup yesterday. They are fresh, made from quality ingredients and tasty. The coffee is definitely one of the best in NYC.
Atmosphere in the café is very friendly, calm and cozy. People come in to be greeted by the owners by their names. Feels like home for many.

As the weeks go by this place keeps getting better and better. Their food selection is diverse, fresh and DELICIOUS. Anna and her team excel at customer service. Every time I come here, I feel like I am walking to my kitchen. Their pastries are delicious, outstanding coffee and LOVE their homemade Iced TEA, wish she would have been around during the summer time…

This quaint little place just opened up in an area full of regular, «run of the mill» joints. What a pleasant surprise!
The first thing that one notices is the cleanliness, followed by the exquisite way the food is displayed, which exudes freshness. The menu offers great wraps, delicious pasta dishes, and some of the best omelettes you’ll ever have! Lunch is always different, prepared from scratch, and always delicious. And the pastries? The coffee? Blueberry pancakes? The oatmeal? To die for!
The owners are charming people, capable of making you fee right at home. Definitely worth becoming a regular.

Fresh, delicious and delightful! Patrick & Anna are the gracious owners who always greet you with a smile. Their coffee is perfect, almond croissants are heavenly and bagels are one of a kind. My son and I love looking around and trying new items. And I was their first customer upon opening!

Amazing new place in Kew Gardens. Fresh baked pastries good coffee and the Blueberry pancakes are to die for. Directly across from the courthouse on Queens blvd it will make jury duty less painful.
