I was sold a product that was not delivered. They described how things would be installed and completely did not deliver on what was promised. When I told the manager how things were promised to me and how I was dissatisfied he told me that he would need to speak to my husband. When I asked for a discount since they did not deliver what was promised… on top of flooding my kitchen and basement with a burst pipe and a broken vanity top and two broken towel bars. I was told «we don’t do that». the installers also showed up late both days. I regret tremendously going with this company over a full remodel. Plus you can’t shower or use your bath for over 24 hours after a bathfitter install… unlike what is advertised on TV!
