My car was broken into (window smashed), and purse taken. I rely on my car heavily for work. If I miss a day, I lose money. Thankfully, they were quick and direct in replacing my window in just a couple days. So grateful for this place!

I scratched my wife’s car and the car had other damages, so I took it in to National Auto Collision. They did an amazing job matching and blending the colors. They worked on five parts of the car and my wife’s 2006 G35, which looks good as new.
The owner, Seung was the best guy you can work with. He was professional, honest, and gave me a very fair price. The work and service, was as good as it gets.

I was looking for the body shop for a while. Finally, I found National Auto Collision on Unilocal so I went to get the estimate. Compared to the ones on the Eastside, their price is very affordable. You can schedule a pick up or delivery service with no charge and in timely service. I checked with them first and they promised me to get it done in a week by my birthday. I was very appreciated it! I also inquired the oil change service and they could help me with that by asking the mechanic next door. Steve is very detailed and honest with the business and he kept me updated. Today I got my car back, it looks like brand new and they detailed inside and outside for me. Thank you! I highly recommend this shop to anyone who needs body work.

National is definitely worth it! I found this auto shop on Unilocal and all the reviews were great so i decided to take my car here. i don’t know a lot about cars so Steve was soo helpful and patient with all the questions i had. There was a lot of damage done to it so i was surprised and how great and brand new it looked when everything was done. Great quality work! definitely worth your buck! Highly recommend coming here if your car needs work. Ill be coming back if i ever need to again.

Getting in an accident is not the way I wanted to start the new year in 2015, especially in your new car. I’m so glad to have come across NAC for my auto repair. They had excellent customer service and their attention to detail to get your car back to it’s original state is above and beyond my expectation. I got my car back the same condition when I left the dealer with it. I was very satisfied with their work and went back with another car to fix some dents and scratches on it. I talked with Steve and he went over the detail of all the repair stages and share knowledge of his expertise. I got regular update and got my car back in no time. Definitely recommend anyone that need a quality auto repair.

Definitely a place to go to to get your car fixed! I went into the shop basically clueless and Steve was the most helpful and nicest person to talk to. He gave genuine customer service. Also, his staff did an outstanding job on getting my car repaired quickly as possible. I am very pleased with the work that they did on my car and I HIGHLY recommened this shop!

I did not get any work here done (yet) but I had my car towed here to see if he can fix it and gave me all the options available. Steve told us that he can do the work and get things running but did not want to because replacing one side of an all wheel drive vehicle wouldn’t be safe after awhile.
He told me he would do the work but did not want to because he wants to guarantee that his work will last me a long time. So while we waited for our insurance to come up with a decision on to total the car or total loss it, Steve was more than welcome to have us keep the car there and would also junk it for us once the decision was made. He did not charge me for a storage fee and it had been 2 weeks already. I appreciate this business for the help and advice they gave me.
Their work will sure be up to par with his customer service. A+

i just wanted to write about how great of a shop this is. I am that «typical asian lady driver.» I hate to admit it but I am. I came in here b/​c I accidentally backed into my neighbors car and my whole backside was caved in. They took a look at it and from start to finish they took care of it. Everything from driving me to the rental car place to cleaning the car inside and out when it was all done. I felt like they really took care of me and didn’t take advantage of the fact that i came in as a «helpless» person. I
100% trust them and b/​c i keep on having bad luck with my driving skills… I literally go to them for everything– hopefully they’re not sick of me b/​c they are my goto shop for all my car issues. Thank you Steve and your whole team at National Auto Collision. I HIGHLY recommend them.

If you roll you car like it came off the lot, I can’t respect your roll. Cars are extension of our personality and if you can’t put at least one piece of respectable custom work on your ride, I suggest you just tell women that you only got one move in the bedroom, cause your style like your bucket is WEAK!
I have added plenty of upgrades to the interior of my car, but wanted to add some curb appeal to my ride. You know the kinda twist that makes the valet say, «How you do dat there?»
With the Honda Factory Performance kit in hand the quest to find someone capable and qualified began. 1St place I called was Murrays based on their Unilocal review. The guy I spoke with was blah. He wasn’t rude, but he wasn’t pleasant either, in the end, he just said it was too small and he wasn’t interested. Really, too small??? How man bumpers do you replace a weak, are they too small.
When I called National, Steve was the man. He was pleasant and excited to help. He said no problem, call me when you get the parts and we’ll get you on the schedule. His team did an amazing job and even though it took a little longer than planned, it was because they wanted to be 100% it was right, like there would want for their own vehicle.
I’m back on the street with a modification that is already attracting honey to my stinger and for a price that was a 3^rd that the dealer wanted. If you need any work, big or small, check with Steve and Seung, these are two cats that know what’s it’s like to drive a SFV SUCKA FREE VEHICLE!

I’m one of those who never writes reviews either but I feel compelled to do so today. I decided to give national a shot purely based on the Unilocal reviews and I couldn’t be happier! From the second I pulled up until my car was finished Steve took care of everything, he called enterprise for me, got my insurance to pay for the correct repairs, and even told them they needed to extend my rental days when the parts needed to be shipped. The car now looks better than it did pre-​accident and I can’t tell you enough to GO HERE. Getting in an accident sucks, but Steve and the guys at national made it suck a lot less than it could have. Thank you.

I had my BMW 328xi car fixed (a wheel damage and 4 tires replaced). He was the most transparent guy out there and had a great job done in quality + cost.

Outstanding service and very excellent work. Detailed in estimates to make sure the car is completely safe to be driven again. Repairs were done in a very timely manner and the shop worked with me to figure out when a convenient time to drop off and pick up my vehicle. The staff is extremely friendly and knowledgable in regards to their work. I would recommend National Auto Collision to anyone in need of minor or major repairs, these guys will take great care of you and your car. In addition to their great body work, they even did a little detailing to the inside of my car before I picked it up; a great surprise that was!

This is the place to go! They have excellent costumer service and they get your car back to you in amazing condition. not only was my car washed and vacuumed, but the price quote they gave me ended up being more then they expected! I got some of money back! how can you beat that? you can’t.

We just dropped our car off at National Auto Collision and the whole process has been as easy as it could possibly get! All the information we were given was very thorough and easy to understand. The staff seems very knowledgeable and honest with their work! I’m excited to see the results!

Steve gave us excellent service and advice. Our car ultimately was totaled by the insurance company. He walked us through the process and explained the damage to our car in a straight forward manner. I highly recommend this shop!

If something ever goes wrong with the body of your car, then THIS IS THE PLACE to go! Seung and Steven are great people to deal with. They’re honest too! When I brought my car in they quoted me a good price, but after they got my car fixed, they gave me an even BETTER price. Steven said the fix (a rear-​passenger bumper scuff of which I don’t know the origin of) was not as serious as they thought. They could have stuck with the original price, but honesty is THEIR best policy! They also keep their word! Seung told me my car would be fixed within 2 – 3 days — and 3 days it was!!! I was kind of hesitant because the color of my car is hard to match. My car is a brand new 2014 BMW 335i in ESTORIL BLUE II with only 1000 miles in it! I put up pictures of my car in their Unilocal site, so DO take a look of how good of a quality they did!!! Their paint guy is awesome! THANKS SEUNG, STEVE, and PAINT GUY! I will bring more projects to you guys as soon as I get more parts!

Minor damage or major, National Auto Collision is the place you want to go. Initially referred to this place by a friend, I’ve come to find their customer service and attention to detail outstanding, and Daniel (running the operations) is tremendously knowledgeable and friendly, as well as the rest of the staff. Ever since my first visit, I’ve taken all of my family’s vehicles here for repair, and would be happy to refer anyone else here as well. You will not regret taking your car here as they are fair, dependable, and TIMELY on service.
It’s really as good as it gets.

Seung the owner has been extremely helpful, and informative with my car repair. I have dealt with several repair shops, and none of these previous shops have given me the service that National has given me. None of the previous shops had the owner come out and meet me, and Seung even picked up my car so I would not have to worry getting back home.
