Murray’s CARSTAR Collision

Murray’s CARSTAR Collision provides an excellent customer service experience. Pat and Lisa always make me feel like famliy. Having vehicle damage is a stressful situations and Murray’s made all of my experiences with them pleasant. The employees at Murray’s are warm, friendly, helpful and timlely.
I would highly recommend Murray’s CARSTAR Collision.

A silver lining to getting into a car accident is that I found the BEST body shop ever. Lisa, the front desk person is super friendly, smart and efficient. She called frequently with updates and managed everything with the insurance so I didn’t have to worry about anything. Their work was very high quality too. I chose them after cross-​checking ratings on AAA, the Better Business Bureau and
. I was not disappointed.
P. S. Murray’s, if you read this I’m pretty sure Lisa should be getting an exec’s salary. As the face for the company, she makes you look really good.

This was my first time bringing my car to Murray’s Collision & it sure won’t be the last. They did an amazing job with my Mazda 3. Thousands of dollars cheaper than what the other shops quoted me which was great cause I had to pay out of my pocket! I’m glad I found & chose the Murray’s to do the job. Lisa called me every other day to give me updates on how the repair was going, & pat kept his word on doing they’re very best. It doesn’t even look like it was damaged! If you’re looking for a place to get a repair, I highly recommend taking it to Murray’s.

This is the best shop I have ever dealt with! The staff is amazing, the body man and paint guys are just as amazing! My yukon had a damaged rear quarter panel that is a hard repair and do a good job, plus its black which is very hard to match! It is done perfectly and matchs perfectly, you cant tell it was damaged! Pat gave me a quote, which was the lowest of 3 shops, told me it was a 5 day repair then he said he could set up a rental for me! I then set up my repair with lisa. Dropped yukon off and left, the next day I got a call from lisa telling me there was a few repairs that needed to be done that they couldnt see, so I figured ok here it comes added charges, no! fixed it at no extra charge! They stuck to there estimate! Unheard of in this day and age! Im kinda liking this place! Then every day lisa calls me and gives me updates! I have a camero I want to have some custom things done and guess where its going? This is a great family buisness and they take pride in there work! Great job Murray family I will be back!

What a terrific shop! I have a 2010 Lexus RX 450h and I kissed too many garage pillars leaving me with many scratches and chipped off paint on the front bumper. I received several estimates from highly rated auto collision shops, but Murray’s not only gave me the best price, but their estimate included a brand-​new bumper from Lexus, whereas others wanted to repair it. To top it all off, they agreed to drop me off at the airport and pick me back up while they worked on my car while I was on vacation! They also repaired small dings and scuff marks. This is a family-​owned business and I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing auto body repair service at a great price and with excellent customer service. I could not be more pleased.

The customer service was beyond my expectations and they showed me that no repair was too small for their business. All i needed was a simple replacement of two parts on my car, they did an amazing job and not only that, they washed the car, cleaned and vacuumed the inside and even buffed out some minor scratches that were close to the damaged part. They were also very attentive to my expression that i was looking to get it done fast and I figured on spending about 2 – 3 hours getting a minor repair done on my car, but i was out in less than an hour.
The quote they gave me was also far less than 2 other less well run shops and since they took the effort to treat me very well, even if the job they were doing was not bringing in much revenue, i will definitely be back for any major repairs in the future.

This was a great shop. They ALWAYS kept us apprised of the timeline and parts. I highly highly recommend this place. Best customer service and excellent work. The car looked like new after they finished it. Thanks!!!

I don’t gush often, but I simply cannot say enough nice things about Murray’s — especially Pat Murray.
Family-​owned businesses are getting rarer, and that’s a shame. This is a great family with a great business. Given that most of their business comes from people in crises, they have the perfect attitude at the right time. Pat even has a sweet, calming voice that helps the situation. They truly care and go out of their way to take care of their customers.
Last year, I managed to get run over by a Fed Ex truck (there is a whole ‘nother review I need to write — that was an unmitigated disaster and one I’m still paying for… but I digress…) My car was pretty messed up. My pocket book, more so.
I knew of Murray’s from networking, but had, thankfully, never had occasion to use them. I had my car towed there just because they were familiar.
Pat took care of the insurance, my car, and my frayed nerves. When he found out that was my family’s only car, he arranged a ride home for me. When he told me he’d have my car done in two days, I believed him and planned accordingly. We were taking our moms to a concert that weekend and would have the car back just in the nick of time — yay!
On Friday, Pat called me. He told me that, unfortunately, a particular part was on back-​order and they would not be able to complete the job until Monday. Instead of taking the «sucks to be you» route that I’ve faced so often, Pat already arranged a loaner car — big enough for us and the moms — and even picked me up so I could drive it home — all at no cost to me!
This impressed me. A lot. I sang his praises all weekend.
It gets better, though. When I came in to pick up my fixed car on Monday morning (yes, they had it done first thing in the morning!) — I COULD NOT TELL IT HAD BEEN DAMAGED! They even vacuumed the inside. It looked great, and drove great, too — considering the front end had to be realigned.
I recently returned for another little job on a different car, and Pat took care of it on the spot. He set me up with free wifi in the waiting room and offered me coffee. I had a pleasant, quiet time in a clean office that does not remotely resemble any auto shop and left with a fixed door that worked better than it did before it was broken.
Again, I’m not usually a gusher — but Murray’s is just plain awesome!

First let me say that everyone at Murray’s collision Center are AWESOME !!! I wouldn’t think of taking my car anywhere else ! And unfortunately they are all too familiar with me and my vehicles they’ve fixed me up 3 times already and my car always comes back looking beautiful :-) and if I ever have any problems or questions they’re quick to help me out :-) trust me when I say I could go on and on about Murray’s but bottom line is if you want excellent work, friendliness and professionalism Murray’s is the place to go !!! :-)
