Jiffy Lube

I went in for an oil change yesterday, and it was an extremely pleasant experience. I usually take my car to the dealership for any services, but it was out of the way and I was under a bit of a time constraint. The staff at this location were professional and seemed to genuinely care about each customer individually. The whole process took ~15 min for the oil change, and the girl (I believe her name was Samantha) working took the time to explain about my options in regards to different types of oil for my vehicle. They tested my battery and recommended replacing it as it was testing much lower than usual (I can confirm as it has been an issue in the past). They fixed me up with a fresh battery and oil, and sent me on my way. I’ve never had such a warm and personal experience when getting my vehicle serviced, and I will most likely return to this specific jiffy lube location for my next oil change as well. Thank you!

I am very dissatisfied with Jiffy Lube!!! Specially the worker by the name of Zach. I called ahead to explain that I needed my transmission fluid top off, that I didn’t have a dip stick and if they were able to check with the special tool. The guy assured us that he would be able to and it would only take him a hour. I asked if he needed my information but he insisted no it’s ok he didn’t need it. I dropped my truck off at about 9:30am. I popped up around 1:30pm to see if my truck was ready and it was not even worked on. They were actually using my truck to jump start another vehicle and the man was saying I tried calling you but when we left the truck and asked if he needed our information he said no it’s ok we don’t need it. So I question how and what number were you calling since he didn’t get my information. So my truck say there for 4 hours with nothing being done because he said he wasn’t able to since he didn’t have the tool! Very frustrated and upset. I could have taken my truck else where instead of waiting all this time for what? Not a damn thing! But for them to use my truck to jump start another vehicle! Bullshit!!!

The first time I went to this Jiffy Lube for an oil change the service was good, nothing too great and as I’ll explain, the staff (of guys) at the time was completely different. (Step your game up guys because the ladies are killing it!)
Now the second time at this Jiffy Lube I arrived to a totally different group, consisting of some awesome ladies that did a fantastic job. These ladies were very kind and upfront, they did their job very well never making me feel pressured into the upsale but honestly explaining the services to me. I appreciated that. They were quick to get me in and quick to get me out and literally did everything I was hoping they would AND more. This crew was fantastic! Thanks again!

The team at this location goes beyond their normal everyday responsibilities. We have always had outstanding service the past four years but tonight goes beyond the word ‘outstanding’. We drove in to check why the engine light was on in our car and unfortunately the car ended up and would not start in the Bay Area of Jiffy Lube. The manager on duty called Midas and sought information about the code which identified the issue. He informed us that his team of three could push the car over to Midas while he very quickly stopped traffic to allow the car to be pushed by the team. These individuals were all very customer oriented and the manager was that too and very proactive and professional. Please use their services and we will continue to do for our three cars for years to follow! Thank you all for your excellent service!!! Bill & Annette

I came in right before closing for an oil change and the crew didn’t bat an eye. They were fun and fast. will return

I am very dissatisfied with this jiffy lube. The lobby was a mess with garbage. The employees were using profanity and chatting with their buddies coming in the service area. It took way longer than the guy originally told me.

Got an oil change yesterday. They rummaged through my glove box. Things were all moved around in there. Nothing is missing but I really feel uncomfortable about it and will not go back there.
That being said, they were quick and didn’t pressure me into buying any extras.

From the moment I arrived, I was greeted right away. They showed my where the restrooms were without having to ask. They didn’t upsell me anything I didn’t need. I just went in for a routine oil change. The person that was helped me was Connar. He seemed really helpful. Overall, I didn’t wait long for my service and I can’t complain. I’d go back!

Five Star Service at a wonderful convenient location! Kim and her team were wonderful. I only waited about 20 minutes for an oil change and engine flush. Kim was personable and friendly, and she gave me lots of tips to preserve the life of my vehicle! I recommend their service to everyone!

I was stranded down the street. My car was dead and I didn’t know what to do or who to call. The nice young man waving and holding a sign for Jiffy Lube noticed me blocking traffic in the middle of rush hour and ran into his Jiffy to get me help. Between 3 guys they ran over to my car and pushed it into the shop almost a whole block away. I felt so cared after. Jake quickly diagnosed the issue as a bad battery. They never once made me feel pressured at all. I felt sincere care and worry from the guys. I was so grateful for their act of kindness that I went ahead and gave them my business rather than going across the street for a new battery. Cheaper or not they didn’t have to help me at all. I have read the bulk of these reviews and realized that people only tend to want to rip on a business for every little thing that isn’t perfect. Not me I’m taking the time to let everyone know that these guys are really sweet and totally helped this single mother out of a really sticky situation. You earned a customer for life!

Upselling incompetents. They were rude to me when I declined all the «you’re gonna die if you don’t buy more» add-​ons, and now my friend is suing them because they put power steering fluid in her brake line, and told her she «can’t prove it.»
Vote with your feet. Don’t go here!

I came to this location for an oil change. I was interested in the $ 12 off sign. I was quoted 3 different prices for an oil change. First it was $ 30, then oopps, it’s $ 40, then «you’re low on oil» it’s gonna be $ 50. Customer Service sucked. AFter completion of the oil change, an employee read over my reciept what was checked, what’s okay & what wasn’t. So going in there, I had badly damaged wipers, but somehow these idiots «checked» them & they were perfectly «okay». No, they didn’t check the wipers, because had they done so, they would have clearly seen the damage to them. I will never go here again because it sucks & also they clearly lied about what they did. So I caught them lying about the wipers, what else did they lie about? Did they actually replace my filter? They said they did but they also said they checked my wipers & they were «okay».

Some of the worst experiences I’ve had when it came to oil change.
1. Everything is 2x the price of other places,
2. They take advantage of everyone who isn’t completely knowledgeable when it comes to cars. I’ve watched them lie their way through an expensive sale to an elderly lady before,
3. They claimed I «HAVE» to get things done,
4. The rock chip guy will bullcrap his way into any sale. He tried the «that rock chip will turn into a crack in no time» about 3 times. Still isn’t a crack.
5. Over the hand full of times I went in, they would lose screws to the splash guard on the bottom of my car until eventually it fell off while driving on the freeway. Thanks for that.
6. Their inexperience is very evident. They act as if they all hate their jobs.
7. They kept trying to convince me that my synthetic oil NEEDED to be changed every 3,000 miles. It’s really 5,000.
Do yourself a favor, and get some better service up the road at Firestone across from Chevron. Haven’t really had much of any sort of problem there, and their service is usually great.

I come come here a few times. The service is okay and they are friendly. I cant stand taking the car here though because of the upsell. The oil change itself is so much more expensive than anywhere else. then they try to get you with all the extras and add ons. Then you fell guilty as you are not taking care of your car like you should. Im going to be going elsewhere.

Driving on wonderful 167 I took a rock to the windshield. I was not happy about this and needed to get it fixed. I swung by Jiffy Lube and they fixed my window in about 15 minutes. They got everything straightened out with my insurance and I was on my way with a smile and a fixed window.
