This bank gives you that small feel although they don’t have a lot of branches they have a lot of perks the big banks don’t give you. I switched from Bank of America years ago after my aunt said how much she loved cascade federal credit union.
Dixie is always so friendly and greats you with a smile and remembers your name!

I’ve been a member of this bank for a long time! It was my first bank, having moved away and living about an hour and a half away it does make it hard to go to this bank. Only frustration is that they are closed on Saturday. Otherwise they are super friendly and always have been very helpful. The loan rates for my car are great going through them and with auto withdrawal it makes it even lower. Double plus for me!

Apparently these guys don’t do shared branching and the teller I asked about was a little bit rude about it. Gave me a response with a tone that sounded like «I can’t believe you would ask that». In any case, I’m quite happy that I don’t have an account there.
