Tailored Relaxation offers a variety of personal care services including our own Signature Traditional Bodywork which is a blended session of Acupressure, Hot Stones & Stretching followed up with hot towels to further induce relaxation. We also have stand alone services including Swedish & Deep Tissue Massage, Reiki, Shiatsu, and Acupressure. Coming soon: Facials, Waxing, Hot Shaves, and Barbering Services. We also cater to busy individuals who can’t always schedule in advance by offering same day appointments!

History

Established in 2014.

Tailored Relaxation opened the doors to it’s cozy spa suite in August 2014. We have therapist available to bring the tailored experience to you at your home, or office. You may also come experience Tailored Relaxation at our location in Kensington, Maryland.

Business Owner

Tasked with finding a career instead of a job, Monica began Nursing School. During school, she would help assist a friend with her Massage practice. That is when Monica realized her true passion was in holistic wellness through touch. Monica took classes to become certified in Massage, Reiki and Acupressure so she could begin working. Through touch, she seeks to help people relax and relieve discomfort through sessions that are tailored to the individual need. After all, no two people are exactly the same!
