I’ve seen Enna for about five years now for waxing and facials. I started seeing her at Roxsan and followed her to Avanti after it closed. I call her the eyebrow queen because I’ve never found anyone who does my brows are perfectly as her! She is such a sweetheart and I love coming to see her even though I live in Virginia. Every time I’ve gotten a facial with her my friends have commented the next week that my skin is significantly more clear and bright. I would highly recommend anyone with any type of skin to see her for facials because she’s been with me through it all! She deserves an additional star :)

I have been here twice now. The first time was to get my hair cut. I was very nervous bc I just moved for the area and had been seeing the same hairdresser back at home for years. Despite my anxiety they did a very good job. I feel comfortable going back. I have also has a mani/​pedi done here and it turned out perfectly.

I was Enna Dubrovsky’s client in New York for several years when she owned a salon in Park Slope. When I first started I had many problems with my skin that had been unsuccessfully treated by other dermatologists. Meeting Enna was an absolute blessing. She was always professional, gentle and knowledgeable and only she was able to visibly improve my skin condition. I was ecstatic to learn that Enna lives in Maryland now and works in Kensington where my family lives, because since her move I never found anyone who could live up to her standard, who was as dedicated to achieve results in treating my problem acne skin. So now every time I visit, I never miss a chance to have one of her amazing facials. I always feel great afterwards, my skin feels fresh, rejuvenated and appears much clearer. I also am very pleased with the products that she recommends for me, they are always very well selected.

I went to Avanti Salon and Spa because Lily Shuman came here. I cannot recommend her enough! I’ve only been seeing her for about a year and I only see her once every few months because she is a bit expensive, but every time I go I remember how worth it it is; the recommendations that she gives for my skin is worth the price of a facial alone. I’ve seen a real improvement in my skin and I think I can credit that all to her. She’s very accessible — providing you with her email and phone number so if I ever have any questions or concerns about my skin after a facial or in general I know I can reach out to her and she’ll respond quickly. She’ll be moving to Elvin and Hans in Georgetown soon, which will be a bit easier for me since she’ll be back in DC but she’s worth following wherever she goes.

Great place! Kim did a pedi and a wax, she was sweet, professional, and thorough! The space is beautiful, clean and relaxing — everything a spa should be! Will be back!

Lily Shuman, now at Avanti Salon & Spa, is amazing! I’ve been seeing her for facials for about 7 years now; she was previously at Lifestyles. I admit to having twice tried someone closer to home, but Lily’s expertise has yet to be matched and I am done throwing money away just to save driving time (1.5 hour round trip for me). I have extremely sensitive skin and rosacea; Lily always provides an incredibly relaxing experience with beautiful results. I trust her explicitly. I kind of giggle sometimes when she «asks» for permission to try something new; my answer is always, «you are the expert.» I leave her care feeling refreshed, relaxed, and with beautiful skin — and with the best products available for my skin type. She is extremely knowledgeable about the products she uses and what is best for my skin.
Elizabeth at the front desk is always professional, helpful and friendly. She is so welcoming and makes me feel like a family member when I call or arrive. I suspect she makes everyone feel that way — though I hate to think I’m not really as special as she makes me feel!

If I could give Enna Dubrovsky ten stars, I would! I have been trusting my skin to Enna for 13 years. I have lived in Nj, CA, MD and I have been to the best, but no one ever came close to the care and expertise of Enna’s facials. I currently drive an hour, each way, just to let Enna do her magic. I have experienced acne, wrinkles, dry skin … you name it! However, Enna has always made my skin look youthful and glowing. I would never trust my skin to anyone else. She is simply THE BEST!

Lily Shuman is now at Avanti from Lifestyles. I have been going to Lily for many years at Lifestyles, if you haven’t had her services before you are missing out! She has done wonders for my skin and has tremendous experience and expertise. She has a very gentle touch and a soothing demeanor. Avanti salon is nice and modern and Lily’s new space at Avanti is just as nice as at Lifestyles, very comfortable and ample. I strongly recommend checking out Lily at Avanti!

I’ve been seeing Enna Dubrovsky for my facials for 10 years!!! Yes, literally ten years.
She has singlehandedly fixed my once acne ridden face.
In those ten years, I have moved from Maryland to New York, and later San Francisco, and I STILL make sure to go see her every time I come for a family visit.
Not much to say except that this woman is absolutely THE BEST at what she does.

Enna Dubrovsky, who recently joined Avanti Salon & Spa, is an incredibly talented and knowledgeable esthetician. I’ve been a client of hers for at least 10 years, since she worked at Roxsan Day Spa in White Flint. I see her on a regular basis for facials to treat acne-​prone skin and the results have been amazing. She has created a custom régime for my skin with the exact products and treatments that are right for me, and has helped me to maintain the same skin care routine at home. Enna’s passion for healthy skin is evident — she has truly made a huge difference for me. I highly recommend Enna at Avanti for skin care services.

Lily Shuman from Lifestyles Salon is doing a stay at Avanti for the entire holiday season. Avanti is the newly opened salon established by the same owners as Lifestyles. I was surprised at how pleasant the salon facilities are, the ample free parking, and how easy it was to get here. Definitely recommended for everyone who has been missing their treatments from Lily!
