Squeeky Clean Window Washing

I really liked this company. They gave me a quote over the phone, sent me a confirmation e-​mail, messaged me when they were on their way and showed up on time. They also informed me about an issue with my window and advised which company could have it fixed. I made a payment over the phone. I would highly recommend this company.

We’re selling our house and our realtor uses them all the time. I went over to our house to check on the work and I was blown away with how good of a job they had done. They were super thorough and had even moved the remaining furniture around to create a larger workspace for them to work.
They removed all of the individual window panes in our sunroom (there are a lot!) and they had the panes up on this special easel where they were treating and cleaning the windows. They took time out from working to explain what they were doing and how everything worked. Those sunroom windows in particular were horrible and apparently they were all cloudy from oxidization of the aluminum screen. They cleaned up beautifully.
Next I walked into the master bedroom and was blown away by how much nicer and brighter the room felt after the cleaning.
Communication was good. There was an issue with a window lock we had installed on my son’s room to prevent him from opening it and falling out. They called the realtor right away and said they might have an issue without having the key. Ultimately they resolved it on their own.
My understanding was they were supposed to come first thing in the morning and if so, then they were definitely a few hours late. I read one negative review here about that so that might be an issue with them. It’s possible they changed the time and I was not aware. To be honest, I didn’t really care since they did such a great job.
In my case they knew the place was empty so they probably didn’t feel the need to rush to get there in time. I also think they are very picky about they guys they use to do the cleaning. So if there’s a problem with a worker being sick or whatever they’re not just slapping someone else onto the crew who doesn’t meet their standards. Finally, they do a real thorough job so and they stay until it’s done so it’s hard to schedule precisely under these conditions. Plan on this being a full day job and you won’t be disappointed.
Finally, I strongly recommend getting your windows cleaned if you want to sell your house. I still can’t believe what a difference it makes!

Squeeky Clean was fantastic. They were able to meet my tight deadline, incredibly courteous and great with my dogs. Our windows look great, and our siding looks practically new. On top of everything, the price was great! Highly recommended.

I have never had my windows washed professionally and not only was it worth it in terms of results but in terms of cost efficiency — Alan and his team were flexible with scheduling around my less-​than-​decisive condo board and summer storms. They were on time, curious, and completed the job beyond exceptions for an extremely reasonable price. Inside, outside, sills, and screens — on multiple floors. I am never attempting to do my windows on my own again. Cannot recommend them enough!

Work was done right the first time, quickly and quietly.
They also cleaned my cement driveway much better than any power washer has done.

Great job. I called on Thursday and they were here on Monday. Windows, screens and sills super clean inside and out. Reasonably priced too! I recommend them and will use them again.

Alan and co-​worker did a wonderful job of cleaning the filthy windows of the house we just rented. He even gave me professional tips regarding window cleaning afterward. Now the windows are so clean they seem to disappear!

I called them two weeks ago and scheduled cleaning for 9 am today. At 7 am I received an email saying they were going to be late – more like 10:15. At 10:30 I got a call asking if we could reschedule to NEXT WEEKEND. Totally unacceptable.

I was very pleased wtih squeeky clean. I called on a wed to see if I could have house and deck powerwashed, plus windows cleaned before Sat and Alan found a way to get it done. He and his team did a great job — everything looks brand new. Would definately call them again!

He came over promptly to give me an estimate, we agreed on a date for the work, and he arrived right on schedule and did an absolutely outstanding job. OUr windows and screens were disgusting and they now sparkle. Alan and his very competent helper were totally professional, fast and courteous. And his prices are extremely reasonable to boot.
