Joey Anderson changed my life. For reals! It had been many years since I spoke with a nutritionist because in my previous experience the advice I received was generic and available in any mainstream book on nutrition. Joey’s work is anything but generic! Her knowledge is DEEP and she worked closely with me to develop a program that was personalized to my «bio-​individuality» as well as habits that are practical for my lifestyle. Her process for selecting supplements is highly individualized and she really takes her time! But she also never pushed me to take anything; I felt that she really respected my budget and my general comfort with supplements. Joey is also the perfect combination of warm/​caring and professional. I have deep respect for her and would recommend her to anyone. I would give her 10 stars if I could.
