History
Established in 2012.
Linnea Bakery was started by Mark and Kim Rutkowski, whom both are of Scandinavian decent. The bakery was named after Carl von Linneaus, a Swedish naturalist and explorer who developed our current system of binominal nomenclature, also known as the scientific name. The bakery opened in July of 2012.
The Linnaea Borealis flower, also called the Twinflower, has been adopted as a part of the bakery logo.
We specialize in Scandinavian and Nordic baked goods, soup, sandwiches, and carry a special blend of Cardamom coffee, made just for us.
