MINI of Kennesaw

My car buying experience goes down in history as the best EVER. Never have I experienced such world class customer service. Alex Cooper was my salesman and he was awesome. Paid attention to the details I wanted and made it happen. He made the process short and sweet. After the purchase he went over every SINGLE detail on my car capabilities! I will give this place a perfect 10.

Dont go here if you don’t want to get ripped off. They will tell you whatever needs to be told just so they sound they’re in the right. I recently ordered parts from here, quantity of FIVE fabric tape for my winter projects. They even called me about it. Ultimately I only got ONE fabric tape, they tried telling me One is considered Five. Are They crazy?!
When they called me, they stated since I ordered FIVE rolls, they rolled up my order into one roll (which is a big fat lie!). They stated one roll is 5 meters so they rolled up all my ordered into one package of 25 meters. The part number for this item is 61 13 6 902 588.
I have ordered this part before from other BMW parts department in bulk and they were able to give me multiple rolls at the time without excuses. I also know from my previous purchases from other BMW parts department that ONE rolls is 25 METERS long (the plastic bag is sealed from bmw with a part number and label of 25 meters). One can also confirm one roll is 25 meters by calling other BMW parts department or searching online with the part number above. Ultimately, they should have given me 125 Meters total. But they refuse to, even after charging me for 5 rolls.

BEWARE, they will rip you off once the opportunity arises.

I felt this review justified for a great experience. Amber was fantastic with dealing my craziness, always friendly and upbeat. Brett came is last during the deal but was also fantastic to work with and made the final sale easy to complete. It was a five hour drive there and they absolutely made it worth my time. Thank you!

I was going to Global Imports Mini for 5 years until I discovered this gem.
The staff in the service department are always so helpful! I’ve been traveling all the way from Suwanee just to see them & only them because they are just that great! I don’t know much about cars, but the staff here really takes the time in explaining car-​lingo to me in bite-​sized pieces that my brain can handle. They are honest & sincere and these qualities are so hard to find now a days. Especially in the car industry. They are very patient in the parts department, service department, and sales department & that’s what will keep me going there as a loyal customer.
I have traded in my base model 2010 Mini Cooper for a brand new Countryman this year and I love my car! Daniel (from Sales) took the time (about 5 hours) on a Sunday to help me pick out the exact model, color, and packages I wanted.
I have been referring other Mini fanatics to them and will always continue to do so!

We purchased a used 2008 BMW from this dealer. The sales department sold us a maintenance warrenty for my car. It wasn’t until we tried to actually use the warrenty that we discovered that the policy we were sold wouldn’t even cover an oil change much less the other services we were promised would be covered.
After multiple attempts to contact the dealer I left a bad review on the companies Facebook page and was contacted almost immediately.
The conclusion was that they unintentionally sold us the incorrect warrenty. We were promised a refund for the amount that we paid for the maintenance policy. Which would still leave us to foot the maintenance that we were ensured would be covered.
It is currently 3 months later and we still have not received a refund or any type of resolution.
I would absolutely not recommend anyone do business with someone who has no intention on remaining loyal or backing up their sales pitches after they get your money.
I’ve left one star only because it is not possible to none.

Absolutely the best car buying experience ever! They are an amazing Team of folks, Brian, Amanda and Paul are the best, it’s a pleasure to be part of MOK. I love my 2010 MINI COOPER CLUBMAN S. It’s not a brand new car, but one of the newest I’ve ever owned and it’s amazing.

I recently purchased a MINI from MINI at Kennesaw and am generally not the type of person to post a review, but my experience has been so much more than I could have expected that they certainly deserve all the praise they can get.
They have gone out of their way and exceeded my expectations every step of the way. This was my first experience financing a vehicle and wanted to try to use my bank instead of the dealer to try to get the best interest rate I could. My bank needed all of the information on the car and were closed by the time I was ready to apply for financing. I was ready to take a gamble and return after a long holiday weekend, hoping no one else would want my car. Instead, they prepared all of the paperwork and would wait to file in case my bank could beat the interest rate they had offered.
I drove off the lot with the guarantee of the best interest rate I could get. Since then, I’ve enjoyed driving my MINI for a couple weeks and Alan, the excellent salesperson who helped me buy my car, has called multiple times to check in and make sure everything is going well.
I feel like my business is valued and everyone at MINI of Kennesaw is proud of the vehicles they sell.
I’ll update my review with my experience with their service department in the future.

Update (6÷21÷15): Paul, the manager, has dropped off a much better loaner while my car is in the shop. This is was a great first step in recovering me as a satisfied customer.
I bought a $ 34K car from this place. After waiting hours for the paperwork and the car to be detailed, I was told the check engine light had come on. Of course there was no one at the dealership that could fix it, so I was given a cheap, stinky car to drive meanwhile.
So, I am driving the ‘Breast cancer awareness’ car that reeks like someone has smoked in it. Mini of Kennesaw is apparently unaware of irony.

This place is rocks. Eric Rich at the service department is the man. Have never had an issue scheduling service and them having my car back quickly. Thanks Eric!

I had a wonderful experience at the new Mini of Kennesaw. The entire staff was pleasant to work with. Salesperson was not pushy and was able to work with me to get exactly what I wanted. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone interested in buying a MINI.
