Do you like ice cream? Then you’ll love LoriBell’s Frozen Custard because custard is to ice cream what cream is to milk — it’s richer, creamier, and simply more flavorful than regular ice cream! Our classics like Nothin’ But and chocolate are sure to win your heart but we always have 7 different delicious flavors of frozen custard plus one sweet sorbet and 130 flavors on rotation throughout the year. Try out a local favorite like Cake Batter, Twinkie, or Krispy Kreme! Be sure to top it off with sauces like hot fudge or even A&W Root Beer, or toppings like strawberries, granola, or cookie dough. The options are practically endless when it comes to creating the frozen custard treat of your dreams!

Doug grew up enjoying frozen custard with his family but when he found that many of his Kennesaw friends and neighbors weren’t familiar with the frozen dessert, he knew he had to share it with them! He takes pride in the many amazing flavor and topping combinations at LoriBell’s Frozen Custard and in its family-​friendly atmosphere.

We love the frozen custard in this mom and pop establishment. I love that they constantly make new flavored delicious frozen custard ! They have such great service and the place is always clean. Every time we come from Chicago this place is a must!!! 3 times minimum in a week visit!

I live in Alpharetta, but whenever I’m in this area, I make sure to come here for custard. The custard is great and the people who own this location are soooooo welcoming. Also, the warm brownies are a nice touch!!!

Great family owned and run local creamery!
Flavored were amazing, the toppings were fun, and to talk to the owner/​operators makes you fee good for supporting a local establishment. If you want to keep places like this going, skip the chain stores and get your frozen goodness here!

This place is a little gem in the middle of a strip mall! There are not many places around for ice cream unless you want a chain or a fast food place, so this place is a nice treat! Self serve so you can get what you want, and a huge selection of toppings, including the «exotic» strawberry boba that I have never been able to find anywhere else. The staff is friendly and helpful. They are open late and have plenty of seating. Skip DQ and Bruster’s and go here :)

This is literally the most delicious think I have every put in my mouth — and I am completely serious on this.
Having never had frozen custard before, I didn’t think there could be anything better than ice cream — I was wrong. It is incredibly smooth and rich.
Loribell’s has never disappointed. They have six flavors of frozen custard at any given time and switch out two flavors every Wednesday and Friday. They also have two sorbet flavors, which they switch out on Mondays.
It is set up like a frozen yogurt shop, where you get your own bowl and fill it with however much you desire and add your toppings — and they have like 50 toppings, including brownie and cheesecake bites. You pay by the weight, so you can pay as little or as much as you like depending on what you want. They can also make your custard into a float or shake (I haven’t yet personally, but imagine the possibilities!).
The staff is always incredibly helpful and willing to let you try anything before you commit. Whoever decided to create this shop is a genius. In a world of frozen yogurt popularity — frozen custard stands out as the king of desserts.
Another aspect that makes this place stand out is their frozen custard challenge. which you eat out of a dog bowl. I don’t remember how much, but it’s a crazy amount. If you’re someone who likes a challenge, ask about this one.

Um… Delicious! That pretty much sums it up. You just can’t beat Loribell’s. From the second you walk in, the staff is always very helpful without being pushy. They can tell you the ins and outs of every flavor, every one of which that I’ve ever had was amazing.
They also have plenty of choices for topping as well, including various flavored sauces and dry toppings.
Additionally, the place is always super clean, which I’m sure is quite the task.
I never really want to go to any other frozen yogurt type place again. Loribell’s just wins!

Clearly the man and woman working there are the owners. No one, not even most working owners, provide such a high level of service. It’s self serve like yogurt but it’s custard and it’s delicious. The place is spotless. I have no idea what I paid but I’m sure it’s in line with everyone else. Go, it’s way better than most.

Delicious! Craving ice cream last night we stopped into Lori Bells before a movie. There were three girls working who asked if we wanted to try any flavors. They had six flavors. I decided to get the mocha coffee custard swirled with their original custard. They have a big variety of toppings to choose from. Some warm Carmel and brownies and chocolate drizzle. They also have fruit, cereal crumbles and cookie dough bites. I topped mine with strawberries and some warm little brownie pieces! Soo yummy. They charge about $ 0.49 an ounce which isn’t too bad they also have water bottles and soda cans for $ 1!

There is nothing else like Loribell’s. The custard is amazing. There are plenty of unique flavors so, good luck choosing just one. The custard is smooth and full of flavor. It is way better than yogurt and even better than ice cream. You can eat just the custard because it is so good but you might want to try mixing in something else like warm chocolate chip cookies or Dr. Pepper Syrup. Ingredients are fresh and delicious. If the custard wasn’t amazing enough, the staff will make you want to come back. They are some of the most friendly people I’ve met. I live in Texas but I go to Loribell’s whenever I’m in Georgia. They greet me by name and catch up with me. If you are in this area, you have to go to Loribell’s. If you aren’t in the area, start heading that way but, save some custard for me.

This place is great! The owner has always been extremely friendly every time my wife and I stop by and the staff seem to really love their job. Jodi did a great job finding the perfect flavor for me as well. The place is as clean as it gets! It’s very welcoming.

Loved this place. Came here in a whim for a date night and it surpassed any expectations.
At first it looks just like a self service soft serve place, but immediately upon entering and telling the girl at the counter it was our first time she promptly showed us what they’re all about. She took us to each machine, showed us how they work, and vividly describing the flavored for each, providing samples as we requested them. The whole staff went out of their way and we’re very friendly — not what you’d expect walking in but it enhanced the experience ten fold.
I decided to layer 4 flavored with toppings separating each layer. This resulted in me getting way more than I intended and I wasn’t able to fully enjoy some of the flavors — next time I’ll choose one flavor and a complimenting topping.
Did I mention they have a variety of mouth-​watering fat kid toppings? Warm brownies and cookies, crumbled Oreos, frozen snickers and cheesecake bites — I was in heaven. This was the main reason I made such a monstrosity; my eyes were so wide I just us to try a little of everything.
There’s a food challenger that I’m going to try one day — the Big Dog. It’s 30oz of custard in under 5 minutes. It’s served out of a dog bowl and you get a t-​shirt and your photo on the wall of you win. You also get your photo on the wall of you fail!
We’ll definitely be back — glad we stumbled upon this little gem in Kennesaw!

Goooooooood Stuff!!! I don’t know about Kennesaw/​Acworth area, but in Marietta we are hurting for a good ice cream place. And Loribell’s was well worth the drive. Now I know this isn’t technically ice cream but yadda yadda yadda. Their frozen custard is so darn good! Nice fresh toppings, great rotating flavors, a great price, friendly and sincere customer service, and its clean as a whistle in there!!! I will be a repeat customer many many times.

Just pull that lever and pure unadulterated awesomeness pours out of the wall. What magic genie lives behind there making all that deliciousness? Surely it’s some type of part genius, part dessert chef, world-​traveling sensation that graces upper-​Kennesaw in-​between winning «best everything» awards in six continents.
If you enjoy ever-​changing varieties (with «nothing but» as the always-​available anchor) and happy people giving you samples until you pick your favorite, this is the place. Immediately run, walk fast, drive safely just above the speed limit to taste the goodness that is frozen custard in 8 – 10 varieties (more if you count the twists).
You won’t be doing any running out of the place though, since this frozen custard (90% denser-​than-​ice cream) will fill you up fast. You were warned: I told you it would become an obsession. Maybe one day you can make the wall of fame/​shame by eating the whole dog bowl full, or by falling short.
My probability of returning: 100% – I’d likely be there now if they hadn’t closed for the night.

What a combination of flavor and service! Many places can provide one of these two attributes but Lorinelles has both in abundance.
Our first visit saw us greeted with warm smiles and given an overview of the setup as well as samples of the delicious custard. Unlike other build your own dessert bars Loribelles was exceptionally clean! The customer interaction was genuine and welcome.
The custards are really good with about six different options as well as sorbets. My family if four spent about $ 13 and everyone was very satisfied! Well be back many times because of the service, cleanliness and flavor!

There are not enough adjectives in the dictionary to describe how amazing LoriBell’s is. Two years later from my first review and they are still creating delicious and awesome flavors that will subtly knock your socks off, put them back on for you… and knock them off again.
The owners are the nicest people I have ever met and they make each customer feel so welcome in their shop. My friend was like she wish there was a location in Buckhead, and I told her… They’re too nice to be located in Buckhead… They need to move closer to me in Marietta first.
Each time I visit the shop, I have the strongest desire to put my face under the dispenser the frozen custard comes out of… pull the lever, and experience the sweet sweet agony of frozen custard overdose… I would perish a happy woman!!!
The one small critique I have is that sometimes they may make a flavor that is too light in taste, but that’s all right, because it’s rare and there are always several options to pick and choose from, including toppings and sauces. And if there’s a coconot flavor out you cannot go wrong with that option!
I will always drive out of my way to come here… If someone said you had a choice between a million dollars and LoriBell’s… hands down I will be driving down the road like a mad woman to get some frozen custard. Here’s to a fantastic treat and for many more to come!!!

Love at 1st bite! I’ve tried frozen custard in Wisconsin, Minnesota, and Georgia so far; LoriBell’s frozen custard is the best I’ve had to date. Everyone at LoriBell’s was so sweet and helpful. LoriBell’s also kept super clean. Self-​serve frozen custard w/​many choices of flavors & toppings. New flavors come out every week I believe. I tried 3 different flavors but my favorite is definitely the original frozen custard flavor. LoriBell’s frozen custard is way better than any frozen yogurt or ice cream imo. I’ll most likely make the long drive here for some delicious frozen custard in the future.
