Food quality has gone down extremely. But what really set me off, was the horrible customer service from the management there. My boyfriend and I were riding our bikes and an employee IN UNIFORM, swerved over like they were going to hit me. The two girls in uniform were laughing while this occurred. Luckily, Cici’s was only two blocks away so I followed them there and confronted the girl driving as well as the GM and manager on duty. Girl driving denied everything but the passenger in the car admitted to recognizing us. The GM and manager were very unconcerned about the fact two employees almost killed two pedestrians while wearing their uniform. I used to give Cici’s second chances in hopes that the food and cleanliness of the restaurant had improved but was disappointed every time. After this event, I won’t even consider stepping foot into another Cici’s again.

If i could give this place negative stars i would. We went in for a fast lunch before shopping. There was a small child bouncing a ball all over the restaurant. I told him to stop and talked to his mom. The behavior continued. He moved into the game room and began hitting the glass windows and ceiling tiles with the ball. I told the manager. He didn’t care. Again we tried talking to the manager… at that point he began arguing with my husband. I walked up to him and asked for my money back. He was all to ready to get rid of us. Stating that they were paying customers and they have a game room. Which i understand but apparently my money and experience had no value to him. He began agruing with me. I got my money and left. We will NEVER eat there again.
The food wasn’t good, seemed as though it has bern out for a long time. The drink line had a white soapy substance.
Over all the place is growse and the employees are worse.

I was not impressed. The pizza was ok, but the restaurant was not clean at all. The soda machine was out of ice too. Decent for the cheap price, but Id prefer to pay a little more for a cleaner restaurant.

Just left this place and could honestly throw up. That place has gone to shit. The cashier/​cook looked like he the flu and I wanted to turn around the second I walked in, but I was starving so I thought hey maybe the food is ok… I was so wrong. All the stuff out was old as could be. The cheesy bread was under cooked, disgusting. I ate half a piece of Alfredo pizza bc it was the only thing fresh-ish…sipped my over priced drink and left within three mins of sitting down. I should get my money back, and a prescription to anti-biotics…place is gross. I guess since they a doing 5 dollar buffets they don’t give a shit about a quality, but damn… when trey ran that place it was always at least up to code/​standard. I will not be going back. The overall cleanliness was terrible… if I get sick I’m gonna be pised

This is probably the WORST place to eat in Jefferson Parish. Took 15 minutes to tell the front desk, manned by minimum wage workers, what we Wanted. Chicken wing order was «forgotten». The place had an overall «grimy» look about it. Pray we don’t get sick.

Won’t be back. Food had been out for no telling how long and the place was filthy. Men’s room lacked soap, paper towels, and probably hadn’t been cleaned in weeks. Is this where the employees wash their hands? If I don’t get sick from eating there, it will be a miracle. They really need a visit from the Jefferson Parish health department!

Before the previous manager Trace left this place was great and would of been a 5 but now it’s only a 3! We honestly are so unimpressed now! There’s pizza missing cheese and sauce! The desert pizza is disgusting now. We won’t be coming back.
Trace is an amazing manager and greeted us and came and asked how we were and if we needed anything and even made us our own special pizza for us. He is amazing and needs special acknowledgment for his amazing customer service

You can’t beat the price for the pizza. The buffet is awesome and so many different pizza to choose from. Good place to bring the kids to. I only wish they delivered

Great place to take the kids after they play sports or on a night I don’t feel like cooking! They will make any pizza any way you like it and deliver it to your table all for the same price of the buffet. The cheese bread/​rolls are very comforting and garlicy:) I like the bbq pizza, spinach and alfredo and the new italiano with red onions, black olives, etc on a thin crust.
We had a less than ok time once and I left a note for the district manager. He quickly replied and offered us to come back for dinner on the house.
They also have a room toward the back for birthday parties and a game room. they have a change machine in case you forget your quarters!
They have t. v’s in all corners so you can catch your favorite show or game.

This place is great if you have a army to feed and not much $$. The pizza is not that good but the salad bar SUCKS but the kids like this place.
