History
Established in 1990.
Dr. Panzer started studying traditional Chinese veterinary medicine in 1987 while still a veterinary student at Cornell University. He has studied in China, Taiwan, and the USA. His Master’s degree, from the University of Florida’s veterinary college, involved research into acupuncture’s effects as a treatment for colic in horses. In 1998, Dr. Panzer founded the American Institute Of Traditional Chinese Veterinary Medicine, through which he trains other veterinarians to practice animal acupuncture.
