We specialize in martial arts for Children beginning at the age of three and for adults of all ages and fitness levels. We teach a sports martial arts and are proud to be a part of the American Taekwondo Association, the biggest Martial Arts organization in North America.

History

Established in 2008.

Ms. Nero began her martial arts training in Hamilton, New Jersey and spent 5 years training and teaching there before moving to Texas. She was the Head instructor at Southlake ATA for just under two years before opening her own school in Keller Texas.

Mary Nero is the Owner and Chief Instructor of Keller ATA. She is a 3^rd degree black belt and a veteran of the US Navy.
