Very good General Tso’s Chicken; very large portion! I was 100% satisfied and can’t wait to try something else from the menu!

I drive by this place everyday and finally decided to give it a try. They were recieving a lot of call in pick up and delivery orders while I was there so that’s a good sign.(means people eat their food lol). They had a «menu book» with pictures. I went with the mongolian beef since I figured if I was going to get sick here it would be from eating chicken so I tried to play it safe. Now the guy told me that they make their Mongolian Beef different than most restuarants. His words exactly were«we use a special kind of mongolian barbecue sauce». I picked up my order and went home… They sure do use a different kind of mongolian sauce. It wasnt barbecue-y and didn’t have even remotely the same taste as you would expect from mongolian beef. It wasn’t bad but it wasn’t very good. For $ 10 I’ll go somewhere else to get chinese food.

I had no idea this was down the street from me but was pleasantly surprised how good the food is. It’s been hard to find good Chinese food in Keller.

I thought the food was bland and over priced. The veggies were cut into really big pieces. I did like the egg rolls, but not enough to go back.

Gross gross gross! Yuck! Please, if you have tastebuds, think of them before you abuse them. This place is disgusting!

Ordered the Kung Pao Chicken and Orange chicken. Both were full of flavor but the orange chicken was the better of the two. Egg rolls were hot and fresh. Info wish they had their own hot mustard and soy sauce as the little packets are not very flavorful. The portions are large and enough for two people per order. I intend to go back and will order extra spicy to add some more heat.

The orange chicken is amazing! Sweet and spicy! Almost too spicy for the kids. The place was pretty empty and I guess from the looks of the place by the outside people probably get scared away. Give this place a shot!

The building is a little run down and the prices aren’t cheap, but the food is great and they give you enough food to feed a small family. If you live anywhere near Keller, you need to check this place out. Picture is of General Tso’s chicken.

I think Diane T. summed it up for me but I will add to it. I have been living in Keller for almost 13 years and driven by this place countless millions of times. Decided to give it a go. I opted for the buffet which is small… and was handed the styrofoam plate and bowl. Food wasn’t terrible but didn’t blow me away. I didn’t expect it to but based on the prior reviews of others I secretly wished it would. It didn’t. I tried to look past the condition of the place to the sticky booth seats to the pass through window which had spilled food on it from the mid 90’s. But if your thing is going to a place that screams, «how did it get past the health inspector» this is the place for you. Oh and if you love Royal Crown cola… you’ll be in heaven.

I love ordering delivery from Goldin. Their broccoli beef extra spicy has been my favorite since high school, almost 20 years ago.

Tried Gold-in for the first time. I’ve been driving past it for twenty years. It’s definitely a hole in the wall. I have been looking for a new place since my old stand by New China changed hands. We were delighted by the quality and taste of the food. I generally judge a place based on egg rolls and fried rice, both were very good. They have delivery which is a real plus for our busy life style. It arrived timely and was still hot. We live in south east Keller by Tarrent county parkway and Rufe Snow and getting hot delivery can be a problem. As some of the other reviewers has stated it not the same as San Fransisco or Toronto, but it great for Keller. I highly recommend Gold-in.

I have never left a review in my life! However, this was by far the WORST delivery Chinese on earth! I’m no Chinese food snob either. I actually had to spit it out! The wonton soup was dark and tasted funky. The crab ragoons were weird and I had to spit them out. The egg drop soup was bland. The chicken fried rice was so salty that after 2 bites my mouth was coated in salt! Then my son took a bite of the chicken in the rice and it had a bone in it! Are you kidding me? Do yourself a favor and go ANYWHERE but here!

Very good! Just about the only place my hubby will eat from besides PF Chaings. I always get the cashew chicken and he loves the orange chicken or sesame chicken. Great«take out»!

Sometimes the best places are the little holes in the wall. Those places were you thought you’d never eat, well this one of those places. The food is good, try the sugar biscuit, and the Hot and Sour Soup was really delicious. I love dim sum and I thought their dumplings to be pretty good. I go back time and again, because I always know what I;m going to get.

3 stars because of the price and the fact I give local establishments a little extra. Nice people running it and the buffet was taste, hot and filling. The place isn’t much for looks but that’s ok. I would suggest it if you are looking for something different for lunch.

Over all I liked the food. It was not the best ever but I will eat there again. The serving sizes are huge and they even thru in a few extras with out to go order which I was not expecting. I did not care for the fried rice but the streamed was good and not sticky. The prices are also good and my kids loved it. We ordered dinner and it all tasted freshly made to order.

This is your typical hole in the wall family owned Chinese place. I am searching the 761XX of Texas for decent Chinese food, The last place I tried made their Lo-Mein with with Lingini Pasta, at least Gold-In knows how to make Lo-Mein. After closer examination most chinese joints seem to lack that deep flavor that comes from extra hot sautee of ingredients and lack of sesame flavor(usually sesame oil) and Gold-In is no exception, no explosive flavor of good Lo-Mein none the less. Another reviewer compared it to Boston Chinese food and deemed it comparable. I GREATLYDISAGREE. Lets be clear, I used to live in Brooklyn NY and on the weekend we would drive 4 hours to Quincy Mass for Chinese food. I would not drive 30 mins for this food. That is just to tell you how good Boston chinese food is. Gold-in Food is still good. Just that comparing to Boston Chinese food is just absurd! Anyway also ordered the Won Ton Soup. It came in a 32OZ styrofoam Soft Drink cup(weird) and the soup was the color of cola and had zero flavor. In my book you should be able to see the Won tons through the soup. Not this soup. Color of soda. The Won Ton were standard fare, tasted like every one elses Won ton noodles. Also ordered the combination Fried Rice. Good brown(not yellow) rice with good selection of ingredients. Again, a few more minutes in the Wok with some sesame oil and we would have a winner. Each entrée came with a Teriyaki chicken on a stick which was pretty flavorful. Overall in my quest things are improving. I’d give this 3.5 stars if I could because 4 is too high and 3 is too low so I will have to settle for 4
