Dermatology Alliance-Keller

I saw the PA who was nice, went to a couple of appointments which were fine. However I can’t say the same for the nurses, I have been trying to get a refill on my RX for a month now! BUT APPARENTLY THE NURSES DO NOT LIKE TO TAKE CALLS. After several attempts and playing phone tag, I called back and spoke to the front desk explained my struggle and who told me that there was a nurse at the desk at that very moment so she transferred me so I could speak to someone. But guess what my call went to voice mail so I left yet another message, which was returned to me at 5:12PM and I happen to be next to my phone so I answered immediately only so that they would hang up on me. Guess they were in rush to go home, which I totally understand but don’t call me than hang up on me!!! Call me the next day its been a month what’s another day right. Needless to say am currently looking for another dermatologist since Dermatology Alliance Keller doesn’t want my business.

Appointment was at 10am. Now time is 10:45 and still waiting for the doctor. Im sure this qualifies for this review.

I had a procedure scheduled for 11:30. I received a reminder call of my 11:30 appointment. I received a confirmation email that my appt. was 11:30. I arrive at 11:20 and was told that for «procedures» you must be there 30 minutes early at «so we’ll need to reschedule.»
I took a day off of work, arranged to get my kids from school, etc. In addition I now must travel to their other office many miles away to have this procedure done. If this is policy, then appt. arrival time should be clearly stated in ALL communications. Complete and utter disregard for my time and convenience.

I made an appointment with this doctor about a month ago after continually searching the DFW area to find a dermatologist that would remove these little skin colored bumps on my nose, aka «fibrous papules». I cannot begin to tell you how impressed I was with this doctor. I had already tried extracting, exfoliating, facials, and even the common practice of freezing them off with CO2 — No success. He used a cauterizing machine and instantly removed them in no time. They left no scarring. I have been going to a different dermatologist who was unsuccessful in achieving my desired results, and I am now heavily considering changing to Dr. Plott. By the way, this man knows what he’s talking about — I believe he has 6 patents, one which was displayed in the patient examination room. I would recommend him based on my one visit.

I absolutely love Dr. Plott! I’ve been seeing him since I was about 16 – I’m now 21 and he’s helped me clear up acne problems quickly and efficiently through my teenage years, and now into my early 20s. My mother and father both see Dr. Plott for yearly skin check ups as well as facial treatments, such as skin peels. I’ve never had an issue with the office, PA’s or anything of the nature. Very organized and typically a quick in & out appointment! I could not recommend Dr. Plott’s office enough.

While I have not actually seen Dr. Plott himself, I see his PA she’s very knowledgeable and the entire staff is incredibly friendly. I highly recommend them to anybody in need of a good dermatologist.

As an emergency physician in Coppell, I have sent several patients to Dr. Plott and plan on sending many more. He is exceedingly laid back and easy to talk to and his staff is highly qualified and professional. From an academic standpoint, Dr. Plott has done more research than most docs would ever dream of, and his clinical skills are excellent.

I learned about this office from a 40-​something aged friend with beautiful and young looking skin. When I asked about her skin regimen she told me that she is a patient of Dr. Plott’s. So I made an appointment and they got me in right away.
The office is very nice and professional looking and his staff is top-​notch. I didn’t have to wait too long before he came in the room to see me. Once he was in there I felt like he had a great bedside manner and he did not hurry me along. He took his time with me and allowed me to ask several questions.
When I questioned Dr. Plott about what I could do for my skin with regard to anti-​aging, he made some recommendations including sun screen and a Retinol treatment that he sells in his office (SkinMedica Brand and Cera-​Ve). I bought them and I absolutely love the products that he recommended. I have been using them for about a month now and am definitely seeing a difference with regard to the fine lines smoothing out and my skin looks more radiant and feels softer. He made some other recommendations that are more costly that I may explore later too.
Anyway, I highly recommend him!:) He has an office in Coppell too if that works better for you!

Dr. Plott and his staff are fantastic! We moved to the Keller community last summer and highly recommend him and his team to anyone who is searching for a top notch dermatologist! His team are professional and very personable.
We have been extremely impressed and pleased.
