Chad Haynes – State Farm Insurance Agent

Three adjectives (in my opinion) that describe the current Agents that the Haynes Agency employs:
1. Lazy
2. Incompetent
3. Dishonest
When I first moved to Keller, I transfered my State Farm policy to Chad Haynes. I met Chad personally, and he seemed like a nice guy. One of his Agents was amazing. Unfortunately, she was moving on to bigger and better things, and that was the end of my good experience with Haynes State Farm.
Since my policy was on auto renew, it didn’t really seem to matter, until I bought a new car. When I called and spoke to an Agent (will refrain from revealing her name), it was a customer service disaster from the moment she picked up the phone. Here is an example of the incompetence on behalf of this particular Agent, and agency:
Agent asks for the VIN on the potential new car. I, gladly provided it to her, and she promised to email me a quote. While still on the phone I also inquired as to why I haven’t received my new insurance cards, even though I paid for my new policy. {Long pause /​sigh}. Her response: They were mailed to you, I don’t know why ya dawnt have em.
This game went on for a few days, until I sent Chad Haynes an email. To his credit, he did *her* job, and made sure that I had ID cards with the proper term dates. Problem solved. Momentarily.
When the new adjusted policy bill came with the addition of my new car, the quote was way off target. In addition, I still didn’ t see a discount in my policy for activating «OnStar.» When I emailed this particular Agent to inquire why, I didn’t get any response. No return email, no return phone call.
Once again, I emailed the owner, Chad Haynes. I didn’t get a response from him either, but the Agent did get back with me. She provided an email full of jibberish. Well, no, it was just plain Bullshit, and what I view as lies, because I called her out on the Bullshit quote she provided.
I hate shopping around for new insurance, and don’t really have the free time, but I wasn’t going to willingly give Chad Haynes my hard earned money after dealing with one of his incompetent Agents.
The solution. Simple– I called Liberty Mutual on Keller Parkway. The Agent (Kimberly) was GREAT, and they gave me what I view is a better policy, at a few dollars cheaper than what I was paying State Farm.
Chad Haynes needs to realize that *his* name is on that building. His employees reflect how people view Chad Haynes.
