I have been taking our cars here since we have been in Texas. The service is honest and friendly. My son comes down from Denton when his car needs any sort of work, even for something as simple as an oil change.
Their prices are reasonable, and they warranty their work. (A window regulator went bad less than two years after being fixed, and they replaced it without issue. That is an expensive item on a Jeep.)
They pick your car up if you cannot take it there. Drop-​off service too.
My son has an older car and when his A/​C needed a replacement compressor, he bought the part elsewhere, and they installed it for him. They have known him since he was a kid with his first hand-​me-​down car, and they have always treated him with respect. They helped him keep the costs down and keep his car running.

Went to these guys based on the recommendation of a friend. Had a radiator problem with my Jeep JK. Raul (mechanic) took a logical, systematic approach to finding the issues, which impressed me. He was careful and thoughtful when working on my baby. Problem seems to be resolved. I believe the price was fair.

The guys at alliance auto are great! Several times I’ve been there with what I thought would be VERY expensive repairs — air conditioning, electrical system, motor problems. Each time they found a simple, inexpensive solution. I’m so used to getting screwed at the repair shop by dishonest mechanics who seem to be on commission for unneeded repairs that working with an honest, reputable shop is a welcome change. Alliance auto is honest and they do high quality work. I would recommend them to anyone!

I’ve been going here for over 7 years with both our cars (a 2001 and 2003). $ 15 oil changes and fair and honest service. It is best to make an appointment as they can get quite busy.

Great work by the staff. Nothing was done without talking to me first. Chris talked with me about where the car was in its life cycle and whether the repairs were worth it. Feel good that I got a fair deal and only for items that needed fixing.

My AC went out so I went to Alliance Keller Auto as I have my last several repairs. They called me and said I had all kinds of holes in the lines and needed a new compressor
and a CCRM– Constance Control Relay Module, which would total $ 1300. I said no and was charged the diaganostic fee. I verified at the counter if they are sure I needed a new compressor and he said that he and another guy worked on it.
I decided to get a 2^nd opinion as I did not want to drive all summer in Texas heat. I went to a local repair shop and they said I needed a CCRM but my compressor was FINE even afterI keep suggesting them to really look at it. It cost $ 365 to replace the CCRM and to service the AC with new freon. It’s been over a month and I have ice cold AC.
Alliance Keller Auto tried to rip me off and I will NEVER go back there again and will tell
everyone to avoid this place. Either they have techs who have no idea how to diagnose or they knowingly rip you off. I plan to call the owner and inform him of this experience. STAY AWAY!

This is the worst auto repair place I’ve ever been to. I was quoted a certain price and then had to pay an additional $ 400 to drive away in a car that was still malfunctioning. I ended up having to take my car back twice and after a total of 3 times I had to take my car somewhere else. Trying to talk to the owner or manager is impossible. They tune you out and start acting like unreasonable babies if you even give the hint that you’re unsatisfied with their service. The owner acts like they’re nice and have great customer service until you sign. After that, good luck to you. Please take your car somewhere else. Your car and wallet will thank you for it.

These guys are great! Honest and down to earth. They have the lowest oil change price in town without having to use a coupon. I also recently had to have a window part replaced and they were half the cost of the competitors… saving me $ 200!!! They had my car in and out in under 3 hours. I highly recommend Alliance Keller Auto. I know when I take my car to them I will get an honest quote at a great price!
