I went to this ups store to have them ship an LP record. I had called another store for a quote and was quoted under $ 20 for pack and ship services from Salem to colorado. The girl that was working was completely daft. First off she grabbed the record from me by the paper corner with one hand so it was slightly starting to bend (this was an out of print still sealed album) after I quickly grabbed it with both hands from her she took it to the back to ship. She came out with an14×14×14 box she had cut down to the size of a microwave… Easily could have shipped this item in a flat box or with padding between an unbuilt box. But whatever it was secure. She rings everything up and charges me $ 20 for supplies… And $ 20 for shipping. I’m sorry but seriously $ 40 to back and ship a record. Why was I charged for such a giant box? Shipping experts my ass.

Found this store after a bitter experience w/​FedWrecks! They sat on my nephews birthday present so that it was 3 days LATE!
Just used this store to send my niece her birthday present, retro-​sunglasses, for her Sweet 16. The pkg was delivered on time as promised and here’s a pic of the happy princess with them on.
UPS you guys rock!!! Especially ««Sable»!!!

Great customer service. The owner Kent is so helpful and goes the extra mile to make shipping easy. Never again will I use USPS when this business right across the parking lot.
