My family and I have been going to this location for a few years. Yesterday I made an appointment for myself, my mom, my sister, and many niece for a pedicure AND a manicure. After speaking to the location 3 times we found a time that would work best and I verified with the gentleman twice that it was for both pedicures AND manicures. When we showed up for ourappointment the man proceeded to tell us that we were only going to get pedicures because they didn’t have time. He was very rude to us while explaining. We got our pedicures and the women did okay on our nails but they didn’t scrub my get to get dead skin off the bottom of my feet. We are all very disappointed with the service were witness today and the nerve they had to charge us not only over full price but also not give our pedicures the time they needed. We have decided to never come back. They have lost quite a few customers from my family today (6 to be exact).

My favorite place in Salem for pedicure. They spend extra time massaging and adding various creams and exfoliating lotions. The bonus is they only charge $ 25. I’ve paid double and haven’t enjoyed it as much as I do here.

The women who work here are fine, but the gentleman (I use the term loosely) is surly and uncooperative. No concept of customer service. Will not return, nor will my niece — even though she had a gift certificate I bought her. The worst service and sub par product.

I’d been ignoring this place for no reason. Finally went in, got right in for a pedicure and it was so luxurious! Wax wrap, great massage, cuticle and rasping attention was detailed. Otherwise, just quiet and attentive service. Just what I needed today.
I have been going to this nail salon for a while now and Ann is spectacular at her work in pedicures. Unfortunately the amount of effort to be a regular client at this salon is excessive. They don’t take anything but cash (and therefore I’m not even sure that Ann is getting her tips), and they have jacked me on an appt more than once. They must not need the business because the man at the front desk can afford to be curt in his customer service.

They are timely and polite. Not an over abundance of English. But they smile and make a warm welcoming environment. The cost for the service is very reasonable. I have been getting pedicures there for several years. Same staff little turnover so that speaks to owner integrity. I would recommend giving them a try.

Really disappointed this last visit. I do not plan to return anytime soon. My schlac came out bubbly and when I brought it to their attention, they said it was fine. Well, the bubbles popped a day later and my nails peeled. I’m really disappointed with their customer service.

This was my last visit. Been coming here for almost a year. They tell you its ok to come in and/​or you have an appointment and they let the walkin’s overlap their appointments. I scheduled a fill and wax. Missed my time on the wax because along with me… they were tending to anyone walking thru the door. Prices are fine. Nice place. If you get a fill… only ask for Katie or they could come out lumpy. I did notice they hardly write appointments down… they just say yes, come in. So I guess they are just lacking organization.
