Professional & cost efficient. Sal knows his stuff. I had a an LG washer fixed. Took about an hour. He also checked my dishwasher and dryer off the clock. I will use them again unless nothing breaks down.

Worked with RA TV through the Home Depot protection plan.
Pros:
The repairman who came by both times was super nice.
My dishwasher was eventually fixed.
Cons:
Incredibly hard to get in touch with them via phone.
Didn’t call when they said they would.
Not super knowledgeable.
Didn’t return voicemails.
Took nearly two weeks to get the situation resolved.
If it were up to me, I wouldn’t use this company again. That being said, it wasn’t.

I had an issue with my LG Combo Washer/​Dryer, crazy banging sound coming from it. I called for a repair job, not R A TV & App. That places repairman showed up late, did not seem interested in troubleshooting, told me a crazy cost for repairing it (more than the whole thing is worth) and then left charging me about $ 100 just for showing up.
I called R A TV & App, could tell they were organized and a serious a business by their crisp and friendly way they made an appointment with me. The repairman showed up, so easy going, friendly and knew my LG machine well. Did an analysis and explained to me what needed to be done with an approximation of cost. He even did a temporary fix to make my machine somewhat workable. Repairman left without requiring me to pay for him showing up to analyze and temp fix or commitment to him repairing my machine.
R A TV & App called me back with the cost it would be to fix the issue, of course I accepted the reasonable cost. Same repairman came back and quickly and efficiently replaced a part and offered advise on possibly keeping the LG machine from not breaking again.

They are LG washer/​dryer combo masters :) I love my LG washer/​dryer combo, but it sprung a leak and my plumber couldn’t fix it. LG recommended these guys (I didn’t buy Home Depot’s warranty, so this was an out of pocket deal). The technician knew what he was doing, quickly identified and fixed the problem. It wasn’t cheap by any means (although it was just a stripped nut or bolt that needed to be replaced), but still worth it. Happy that I found these guys and will definitely use them again.

I had a 7 year old LG over-​the-​range microwave oven that stopped heating food, it’s the last make/​model anyone made in this 24″ size so if it couldn’t be fixed, I was facing a remodeling to fit new sizes or no microwave at all.
LG provided me with 3 authorized repair shops local to me in Manhattan,. some got pretty poor reviews and this was the best on average, so I made a call to RA TV & Appliance but I was fearing for the worst. They asked the symptoms, took my model and serial number. found the magnetron replacement (since the original wasn’t made) and set up my appointment.
Sal called 10 minutes before (just as the appointment person said) and got right to the task of removing my microwave oven from the wall — it was still corded through a whole in my wall — and quickly replaced the magnetron. He was very confident this would do the trick, but I was saying prayers in hopes he was right.
All in all, the job took 30 minutes, Sal took my credit card for the $ 145 visit fee which was applied as the labor fee and the part was charged to LG as being under an original 10 year warranty.
I could NOT be more pleased with the professionalism and thoroughness of work.

Been using RATV for awhile now and they are consistently providing great service for my LG Washer/​Dryer combo. Every appliance repair service should be like this. Recently I had a problem with the drain and they repaired it immediately and the price was fair since I had a similar issue 6 months ago. Thank you again Sal!

Sal of RA has once again rescued our LG washer dryer combo machine. He is the only repairman we have come across who knows this machine inside out and fixes it pronto.

Great service. Offered more than asked for. Explained everything. On time, polite, easy to reach. Very helpful.

Called for a fridge problem. They said they were going to be from the hours of 11am to 4pm, which is expected whenever you get a job like this (like cable and deliveries of furniture). The guy assessed the problem the first day. He needed to order a part which took about another week.
After a bunch of waiting the job finally was able to be done but we noticed that there was a problem with the door hinge. We notified the guy and he said it is under their warranty and will fix it. He came by one day and again needed to order a part which he said was going to take a week. After weeks and weeks of excuse after excuse, we finally gave up and decided not to waste our time waiting on them. They’re like an undependable friend that makes plans to meet up but cancels every time.

I have an older LG washer that needed a major repair. I got their name from LG support. These guys were in and out so fast and the price was reasonable and now it works perfectly!

These guys are the best!!! I have an LG all in one washer and they are the only ones who know how to fix it! They always show up on time and always know what is wrong with the machine. They even have the parts with them so there is never a need for a 2^nd visit. When I contact the warranty company I asked for them every time! They are 2^nd to none!!!

Our LG washer went on the fritz, and LG recommended a couple of repair shops. The guy from RA TV was great, came early (after calling us to verify that it was ok), knew exactly what to fix, did it and charged us a reasonable amount. Highly recommended.

Ratv is terrible. I have an extended contact via H Depot. My LG fridge broke one year out. Ratv showed and ordered a fan and it is still broken. They said they would order a different part. Many days went by. They seldom answer the phone and never return voice mail requesting a call back. I finally had ratv on a conference call w HD and set up an a.m. appointment the following day. They never showed up and did not call! Really? Besides being unable to fix the appliance they have terrible customer service.

I have used them several times for different appliances and have never been disappointed. They are efficient and most of all honest which is very hard to find!!!

Disappointing service. Could never seem to get anyone on the phone or a return call.

Quick service i had a warranty on my haier washer machine that was about to run out they ordered the parts they arrived within a week and the guy was here and repaired it within 30 mins. no mess and very professional.

David was extremely nice and sent the technician, Ken, to my home. Ken repaired my Bosch dishwasher and was in and out of my home in less than 30 minutes. I recommend this company to anyone looking for a repair center on appliances.

Came in on a Saturday to help with an error code on my LG washer. The repair person was in and out in an hour and took care of our problem. Very congenial, even though he was a bit late.

Great Service. They offered me next day service but I was busy so I took the next available day. I also have an LG washer dryer combo… I cannot believe how fast he diagnosed it, took the machine apart, put it back together, tested it and left.
They were part of the LG warranty authorized dealers so no payment needed. (was 11 months after I bought it)

I found RA TV on Angies list to repair a LG dual washer dryer in one of my rental units. They were very professional, and quick to act on the repair. They worked close with my tenants and to the tenant’s schedule and fixed everything without issue. I have them in my Rolodex now, and will use them when needed. I would highly recommend them if you are looking for appliance repair.
