U-Swirl Frozen Yogurt

This place is so good! I am a chocolate fanatic and then fudge brownie is great. I usually mix with cake batter (divine) but sometimes cheesecake. You will not be disappointed by this place. I have a tried a couple some other yogurt places and wanted my money back but not U-​swirl. I can get my chocolate fix and be satisfied each and every time.

This is the worst frozen yogurt I have had in Katy or Houston.
No tart !?! Who doesn’t carry a plain tart !?
Fruit flavors are super sweet.
Gross. Won’t be back.

The fro yo is good, but the management should check in with their staff once in a while. I’ve been there a few times where they will close up early… it was like 20 minutes till they closed and they had put ALL of their toppings up already. They have a blonde teen who runs the register that doesn’t know how to smile to customers but has no problem laughing it up with the group of high schoolers that came to visit her. (I’ve witnessed this twice). I don’t think they even have a manager working there. It’s run by children.

I discovered this place after we got coupons in the mail. They have plenty of flavors and toppings.
It’s like any other frozen yogurt place, but it stays open till 11 on weekends (which is a big deal for Katy folks).

I love U-​Swirl Frozen Yogurt! I’ve been there several times and will continue to go.

My family and I love this place. We have tried several other frozen yogurt places in Katy. This is by far the best, cleanest, and nicest place to go. I would highly recommend it.

Once again Unilocalers, y’all were right. I have found IT! Not only close to my home, awesome hours and delish flavors, but U-​Swirl has spacious seating with leg/​ottoman rests for those tired dogs. Now let’s talk flavors. I’ve been there twice now and my fav so far is Thin Mint with Andes Candies bits. Coming in a close second is the Pistachio with the recommended whipped cream and a cherry. The nice folks there are more than happy to give you unlimited samples upon request. This is nice since you can assure no one is putting their tongue underneath the spout or licking their sample and replacing it under the spout (uh, EWW, YUCK!). So I appreciate their cleanliness and willingness to serve us the samples. I like how there are suggested toppings on the board. Also their pricing per ounce seems to be so much lower than my finished froyo with topping bowl. I know they are open late and I totally appreciate that on those hot, Katy nights. Ooh yeah! I am seriously considering a late night UYE here. Froyo sho!

Well, considering I have FAR too many check ins here, I supposed I should explain why I often go from Regular to Duchess. I’ll confess the truth… I was an Orangeleaf frequenter prior to discovering this haven of frozen dairy goodness. What was I thinking!!! This frozen yogurt beats any other I have ever tasted. hands down. The toppings are always fresh. I know because I see the owners drive over to HEB daily to pick up fresh fruit. The employees are friendly and helpful (yes, I am a little biased because some of them are my students). Bonus, they really do read the comment cards. I requested a coffee flavor… numerous times on cards and in person and the finally got it for me! I only had to badger them about they issue for a couple weeks. :) They have a special section just for small children, although I prefer to visit after all the wee ones are in bed so I do not have to sit to0 close to them. Don’t judge me, sugar and children are never a good mix! Clean, convenient, and culinary confections… what more could one ask for?

I believe I’ve been to all the Frozen Yogurt places in Katy. The 2 Menchies, TCBY and at least 3 others I can’t remember as I write this (sorry, early signs of memory loss). But again, I owe try this place out to two of my peeps on Unilocal,Amy and Ashlie. This is far and away, the best. It’s not to rich, it’s not got that obvious yogurt taste (this actually taste like ice cream). The flavors were great, I went basic in my trial with the very vanilla (hard to screw this up, though some manage to do it). The toppings were all fresh and had a great selection. Plus, I often find myself standing in these types of places since they apparently want you to leave, since most have like what feels to be 3 to 4 tables max. This place ha tons of room, and even a TV to boot. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. I will most certainly be back again. But don’t worry Ashlee and Amy L. No way I’m catching either one of you on your check in here !

The absoulte best frozen yogurt you can find in Katy!

I love self serve frozen yogurt and I’m so happy to see it taking off here in Katy! Came in with my little boy who is a yogurtland fanatic. The staff was friendly, the toppings were fresh and plenty of flavors to pick from, except, no red velvet :(

Awesome stuff. Tons of flavors and toppings! Gotta try it once and you will be hooked.

I have been looking for a great tasting, fun atmosphere, and lots of different flavors to choose from. I love this place and am addicted!!!

Went and tried this on a recommendation of a friend. All the frozen yogurt is made with real yogurt and is super delicious. Also, super inexpensive! The Dulce De Leche is my fav!
