Chick-fil-A

Took 15 minutes this morning just to get 2 regular sandwiches, no special orders. And this was after going inside to avoid the crazy drive thru line. Speaking of the drive thru line, there is one line that separates into two intercom/​call boxes but suburbanites are too stupid to follow these rules so you always have the prima donnas who drive around the patient people in line to get to the outer intercom, essentially cutting in line and blocking the one pathway for other cars to park or simply drive around the restaurant parking lot. Signs might help or at least establish the protocol.

Yep, it’s fast food. No, it ain’t the Ritz. But when there is consistently 10 – 20 minute – and even longer! – waits outside this location in the drive through, something really needs to be done. That superfood salad just isn’t worth it.

So today for lunch me and a few co-​workers went to Chic Fil A. It was soooo busy but it was soooooo worth the wait. I haven’t been to Chic Fil A in a long while and was a little upset that their was no carrot raisin salad I love that stuff and they use to carry it on the menu. But over all it was good food. It was pretty busy and a bit loud. The employees were on it though they were wiping tables down as soon as a customer got up from the table to leave I was like «wow ok.» Because usually they let it sorta sit there and the customer who wants to sit at the table clean it off them selves but not here. The manager was nice even gave me a free ice cream cone because I was disappointed about the carrot raisin salad. That was nice I asked him «why did you give me this cone? Is it because I’m cute lol» and he said well you are cute but no I wanted to make sure you were happy we can’t have our customers dissatisfied we want y’all to come back” I said «we will» it was a pretty nice lunch until the rain started and no one had an umbrella lol. Anyway I hope this review was helpful and have a nice day.

It’s a shame that they don’t offer military discount. The girl at the register said the discount was the free sandwich on the receipt.

This Chick-​fil-​A is so slow why don’t they have the people with the tablets outside like the other ones I don’t understand there’s always such a long line and they don’t try to make it faster I hate this Chick-​fil-​A

Look up Chick-​fil-​A in the dictionary and you will find that every restaurant should want to live up to.

Gotta love chickfila food is excellent. But drive thru wait at the Katy mills location always takes forever. I would rather drive out of my way to go to a different location.

My favorite location in Katy. It’s always clean and the staff are always very helpful. I’ve never had a problem with bad food here and the place area smells cleans and is also kept clean. I always avoid all chick-​fil-​a during lunch hour though as the lines are ten miles long and usually leads out to the road and if you dine in there will not be a table available for you to even sit at. I only go to this location as it is in my opinion the best.

This is not a fast chick-​fil-​a. The time it took me to place my order and pick it up in the drive thru was right at 10 minutes. I knew I was spoiled by the locations in the woodlands with a 2 minute drive thru time, but this is ridiculous. So just go inside.
3 stars for friendly staff, would give 1 star for service.

This chick fil a is just like any other chick fil a… Awesome! Who the heck doesn’t like chick fil a!!! It should defintly be against the law to not like this place! Always never fails to satisfy my hunger. Good customer service and clean restrooms! What more could you have to ask from chick fil a???

My grilled chicken sandwich was cold. And it didn’t taste good at all. Very disappointing because the grilled chicken sandwich is the best!

Great food and friendly employees but 9 times out of 10 my drive thru order is wrong. It happened again today — third time in a row! Everytime something is missing from my order. I have showed up at my kids school to have lunch with them multiple times and they have not had a part of their lunch — it’s so frustrating!!! I went inside to order once and let the owner know why I was ordering inside and although she was very friendly she was not too concerned about it.

I love the staff! Great food always! I love coming here to study. The staff might be young but they are attentive, especially Mariah and Melinda. I thought they were managers there. Always professionals and polite.

The line outside was wrapped around the entire building, for both lanes. Deciding not to be lazy and go in ourselves, we walked in to an empty «line», ordered got our breakfast food, and left with piping hot and delicious food. The guy who took my order was a bit grumpy but the guy who gave us our food was really friendly.
I’d happily come back here :)

Food is the same but INCREDIBLY under managed. There must be 20 kids behind the counter but they all look lost, untrained, and clueless. A different person came to the register every time an order was placed. Never saw so much chaos in my life. The blond woman who appeared the be the manager completely ignored what was going on around her and only focused on her task. Glad I don’t live around there or I would have to give up on Chik-​fil-​a.

What a WONDERFUL staff! No matter who takes my order or hands me my food, that person is doing so with a smile. I have nothing bad to say at all about this location. Bravo to a fantastic team.

I love chick fil a but this one is seriously flawed. I’m not sure who thought it would be a good idea to have the line wrap around the same place that the drive through has to exit, but it was not well thought out. I keep coming back because, hello, it’s chick fil a and is a minute from my house, but each time I come I leave aggravated.

I love chic fil a, but this one is excessively slow. It also has the youngest staff I have seen. No managers were seen on my visit.

Food is what you would expect from a Chick-​fil-​a. They have very tasty cookies and cream milk shakes. But their average wait time for ordering drive through is always excessive. Through the pick-​up window, you can always see the mostly young staff playing around, delaying the food preparation. Instead, try going inside and ordering in person. Its a bit faster.
