I love this little place. I drive by several cleaners just to get here. They always remember my name and are never upset if i forget my ticket. Their prices are fair and they do a great job. even on tough stains. Their alterations cant be beat and you will always be met with a smile.

When I invest my money (in anything) I expect decent professional respectful customer service. It’s kind of the American golden rule in order to have a successful business. While this place might or might not be a half decent dry cleaners (haven’t decided yet) they certainly have no education on how to be professional. Although I would love to go into detail about my horrible experience here, I still get stirred up just thinking about it and it would cause this review to be much longer than it needs to be. But If you don’t mind the staff raising their voices at you and treating you very rudely and also not responding for their mistakes then I don’t think you’ll have a problem with this place. Just know that leaving your clothes here is a risk itself because if they happen to ruin your clothes then they will make an excuse as to why they are not responsible. Be careful and always check your clothes before leaving the store.
Also Pro Tip: If you want to pick up some take out from next door by all means Do Not park in the owners dear parking spots (that currently have no sign reserving each parking spot for each business) or she will harass you and follow you into that business telling you to move your car and telling the manager of the restaurant to move his car in order to give that spot to a customer.
If she wants to be that strict and control who parks in front of her business then she needs to put up a sign that says so. Can’t expect to yell and harass each person who does. I saw her yell at 3 other people who tried parking in the same spot.

Best cleaners I have tried in Katy. I have used them about 4 years.

I am really impressed by this dry cleaners. They’ll tell you to pick the dry cleaning up in a few days but the shirts are only $.99. I told the lady that there was a stain on my shirt… she put a tag on it, and from past experiences, I thought that was just a formality and she was not going to do anythign about it. They actually removed the stain… This is my to go place for luandry.

This was one of the best cleaners I’ve been to in a long while. The reason i feel it is the best is because I had shirts dry cleaned and the shirts returned with no melted or broken buttons. This is a huge accomplishment. Pick up is quick, painless and very easy.
