Pei Wei

Floor was sticky, it was gross. Food was cold except for the chicken just out of the wok. Carrots, cabbage and rice were all cold. Restaurant was not busy so no excuse. Will not be returning.

Super delicious chicken wrap!!! The lettuces were very fresh.
I also order mongolian steak. The sauce was too salty and too sweet, also too much sauce. The beef itself was very dry, almost like beef jerky. After one bite, I did not want it anymore. After 2^nd bite, I decided to throw it away.

We were there at 5pm on Monday, Dec 19^th 2015. It was not very busy and food took 30 minutes and was not hot when I came out.
So if you like Luke warm food and worms in your salad, this may be the place for you!
We used to love this place but will NOT be eating here any longer. I have since heard stories from other friends after posting the video on Face Book! And they were not good stories either!!!
Worst part was that the manager didn’t even come to our table to apologize after we brought this to their attention! All they did was send a random employee that had just showed up to work to give us our money back for the salad we complained about!

Terrible service! Completely messed up my to go order and sat there and watched while I went through the bags to see what they screwed up. Pathetic! I guess you have to go the real p.f. Chang’s to get the better service.

Over the past six months, I have lost patience with this place. Portion sizes have decreased dramatically, and it is always very dirty. Very, very disappointed.

I’m disappointed they reduced their inventory of beer. Crab wontons were cooked too fast, burned on outside and cold on insides. Still taste amazing tho. Loved the meal as always. Had the chicken Pad Thai. I’m thinking someone wanting more authenticity would want their noodles not drenched in sauce, but I’m a sauce addict, so fine with me. Plenty of white chicken meat. Sometimes fatty, but what do you expect. Cheap Chinese fusion. Haven’t tried their sushi. I’m not a mango fan and the thought of mixing mango and shrimp turns my stomach. I think they should have more norm sushi combos if they are delving into sushi. Nothing lavish. Just my two cents.

Recently has gone downhill quickly. Went here for dinner with my family and the place seems to have a narrow menu compared to the past and the cleanliness was also concerning. My glass was dirty and I asked for a to-​go cup since I didn’t trust another one wouldn’t be dirty as well.
I ordered Gluten Free Pei Wei Spicy Chicken and my food came on a special plate which was nice, but it had very little vegetables and was way too saucy. The chicken was tough like it hadn’t de-​thawed property prior to cooking, and overall, the meal was not satisfying. My dad got a Thai Asian salad and it had only iceberg lettuce, no green lettuce. He said it was very bland.
I used to come to Pei Wei and eat regularly, but it seems like they are trying to market to a lower-​price menu and they are definitely cutting some corners.

So after trying lots of different tofu. I have come to the conclusion that Pei Wei offers the best tofu period. Thinly sliced pieces are sauté in a number of different sauces. Thai Dynamite has to be my favorite sauce option. This dish comes with some lime, once you squeeze the lime over this dish boom! There is a party in your mouth and only a few people are invited. But those that are invited know how to party. I usually get the original with veggies and extra tofu of course. I don’t know what it is about their tofu but I just cant to get enough.
I gave this place 4 stars because last time I ordered some carryout. Not only did they mess up my order, they gave it to the wrong person completely? Hmm… Seems like somebody was not paying attention and I don’t think that was me. Mistakes happen life goes on. Just give me more of that tofu and we will call it even.

Good food, nice, clean location with friendly staff. Will visit again.
