Whoa and whoa some more! There is so much clothing in this store, I get overwhelmed just standing by the entrance. It looks like racks upon racks of expensive clothing and if you have time to really really browse, maybe you’ll find something that can work with your ideal outfit, but don’t let all price tags keep you from looking, the unique designers are on sale after all, but IMO still pretty pricey. So many unique designers in here the last time I remember visiting!

Last Call has been my favorite shopping destination for years. I say ‘destination’ because unfortunately this location is not super close to me. The Galleria location is only a few miles from my house, but I would happily drive 60 miles round-trip to the Katy Mills Last Call as they have a much larger selection and prices tend to be a lot lower than their ITL(inside-the-loop) store. Last Call stores are pretty much the only way I can afford my champagne taste with my beer budget. I have scored some incredible deals at Last Call over the years, and I absolutely prefer their selection to Nordstrom Rack stores. Although the Austin Last Call is my favorite of their stores, I was thrilled when the Katy Mills mall location opened several years ago. Coupled with the new Kate Spade outlet, I now actually look forward to shopping trips here when I would otherwise only drive out there to buy my husband shirts from the RL Polo outlet. Items arrive at this Last Call store significantly discounted, and there is always a sale going on advertising an additional 30÷40÷50 percent(or more) off the lowest marked price. Just last weekend I found a beautiful Philosophy sweater for under $ 20. Granted, this sweater’s MSRP was around $ 100 to begin with, relatively cheap by NM standards, it was still heavily discounted. And I got some GORGEOUSNM brand pumps for $ 118 after discount(originally $ 300). The inventory is changing all the time, and it’s worth stopping in once every few months to see what’s new. They always have pretty boxed candles, nail polishes, nuts and candies, too, so you can grab a quick gift that will impress anyone. Around the holiday season they typically have a large selection of cashmere sweaters, scarves and gloves at affordable prices(anywhere from $ 50 – 100 for a sweater depending whether there is a sale or not). As another reviewer stated, the sales people aren’t the friendliest, but I appreciate that they leave me ALONE and do not hover like they would at a Neiman Marcus store. Also, Last Call accepts all credit cards, not just AmEx and Neiman’s card like the NM stores do, so your normal people Visa and Mastercard are welcome here. If you do choose to use your Neiman’s credit card, you will typically receive an even larger discount. If you’re in the Katy area, check them out.

I am NEVER coming here again. Every single time I have come here I am treated like dirt on the bottom of their shoe. All the employees are incredibly rude and snobby. For a clearance/outlet store, the prices are ridiculously high. And you get an attitude. I was there today for the last time shopping for a dress for a wedding I am attending. I found a dress and go to checkout, I didn’t have my card and asked if I could put it on hold. The girl behind the counter ROLLSHEREYES and acts as if it’s such a HUGE inconvenience to put a dress on hold for me. Still, I try to ignore it and I am polite and kind. She tells me they will hold it till the end of the day, I thank her and leave. I come back not more than two hours later, ask for my dress, they look for it, come back and tell me THEYDON’T HAVEIT. I am still very angry about this.

If your stars are aligned properly you will walk away from here with a smile. Besides good finds in petites and out of season Burberry, when you traverse to the Polo shop you will be re-routed to NM to use the facilities which are acceptable. Have shopped here excessively, prefer this outlet better than the one in Austin. Approximately 2 years ago they took all the furniture and décor away, boo hoo. The outlet also does not invite you to fun preview/cocktail parties, etc., and they have no Zodiac, a cost savings vs. the mother store. Off 5th is still competition. Their jewelry selection has dwindled miserably, even when a specific trunk show is in town. Took a pair of DY earrings back to have them repaired, had purchased them from this outlet 4 years ago, in days gone by NM would send the jewelry repairs directly to DY and return to you at no cost. The staff appeared to be uneducated to NM’s policies, they did not know how to fill out the paperwork to send out a repair. Doubt they were all new hires. Did snap a pic of my pieces(have endured jewelers losing my items) hopefully will have the pieces back in less than the 8 weeks stated. Was asked twice for my address and driver’s license, did not make a purchase and their request not honored, have been receiving their catalogs for many moons Parking easy, early mornings are the best, weekends a zoo, typical outlet environment, no security.

This is Needless Markup’s outlet center. Its quite awesome!!! Who wants to pay top dollar when you can get a discount on it? I totally scored a Valentino here for several thousands less than at a regular store. Why? it was the last one and it was in awesome shape!!! So why pay $ 5000 grand when you get it for much less — its the same dress :) You can find just about anything here you can find at Neiman Marcus stores, but for about 1⁄5th the price. If you are in need of an awesome dress, come here. Yes, it is the only one in Houston and yes its in Katy — you don’t want to drive here for $ 20 in gas when you save $ 4500 on a dress? your loss. I will :)

Tory Burch, Jimmy Choo, Michael Kors, Tahari, Calvin Klein, John Hardy jewelry, Joe’s jeans, Seven, Hudson, and on and on. If you like designer brand names, but don’t like paying full price, this is your place. They have a FANTASTIC assortment of special occasion dresses(gala, graduation, vacation wear, whatever it may be) I went hunting for a good pair of jeans, which as most know is NOT easy. They had everything in the store on sale for 30% off, some up to 65% off. The same Joe’s jeans I found in NM in the galleria were $ 198. Mine with tax were $ 70! With that kind of savings, I bought two. GREAT customer service, and some cute stuff. I also found a variety of work wear suits, ect, all for under $ 100. The men’s wear has a nice variety of dress shirts, ties, and variety of jeans that include hudson, joe’s, seven, and rock and republic. DEFINITELY worth the drive to Katy!

If your like me, and have a big appreciation for designer clothes and get a chance. I recommend checking out the Neimans Outlet, rather than the Saks Outlet. Obviously Katy doesn’t have much to offer when it comes to luxe/designer boutiques. Not to mention. With all«outlet» stores you have to have time to really look. If you take the time to really look through the jam packed racks of clothes, that can seem overwhelming, You could find some amazing stuff. I had my eye on a Chanel belt that was $ 1700 at Chanel. About 4 months later I found the exact belt at Neimans for $ 850. They have a good variety of hard to find designer costume jewelry and shoes too, aswell as really good prices for Designer Sunglasses! Best of all, unlike the regular Neiman Marcus stores, the outlet does accept Visa credit cards! This made me quite happy!

Ohh, NM Last Call, how I love thee. I can come down here and walk away spending so much less than I would at your main store. And the variety that you offer is enough to placate even the pickiest shopper and spendthrift. If you’ve never been to NM Last Call, you should make plans to drive over there immediately. They have all the same, great quality items as the main Neiman Marcus, but at such low prices, it makes you wonder why it is there. Fear not, I’ve bought plenty from this store and haven’t had any complaints. They carry a very wide selection of clothing, a small selection of shoes, amazing furniture, some jewelery, and quite a few purses. They also have gowns if you ladies are looking for something gorgeous, but don’t want to spend a lot. The customer service isn’t snobby – in fact it is the antithesis of the regular Neiman Marcus. They tend to be understaffed, so you’re on your own finding things – which I’d prefer to being outright ignored. They’re always having sales(we bought a Boss suit at about 30% of the original price). The only thing that I didn’t like is that they don’t tailor clothes there so you’ll need to find yourself an alteration place.

I love going to Neiman Marcus Last Call and just browsing. Most of the time I go there with nothing in particular in mind but I always end up finding something that really interests me. The furniture they have in the windows always lures me in. I try to imagine it in my home — once I do that, I end up imagining how it would look with cat claw marks in it and abandon the idea of hauling the new leather sofa or chair home. But, still, it is nice to look. Today, I caught a sale on men’s shirts — Ike Behar and Michael Kors marked down to $ 19.99. Very nice shirts on deep markdown and I couldn’t help myself. I couldn’t believe the sale. Once, I had a friend that needed a nice jacket for interviews. Our first stop was Neiman Marcus Last call where we found him a beautiful Burberry jacket that helped him dress up his drab pants and shirts. I don’t think it was completely the jacket, but he did land a job wearing it. Neiman Marcus Last Call also has a great collection of handbags, shoes, home accessories, and children’s clothing. The odds are good you’ll find something if you step into this store.
