McDonald’s

I used to frequent this McDonald’s. Three to four times a week I bought breakfast there. Most of the staff is friendly. The male Hispanic manager is a jerk. One morning the lady at window 1 didn’t give me my receipt and I asked him for it when he gave me my food at window 2. He was annoyed that he had to go get it and returned making fun of me in Spanish for wanting it as my order was only $ 1.62. I don’t care how much I ordered, I want my receipt and this white girl understood him. And all day breakfast here is bull. No biscuits at 2 in the afternoon both times I’ve tried to get it.

This location has a clean and nice interior when we came to dine in. We placed our orders and sat down, when our order was called only one out of two of our order was there. They quickly realized the mistake and one of the workers was nice enough to delivered the missing order when it was ready. Our food was hot when we got it so no complaints there. Best customer service I’ve ever gotten from a Macdonalds.

Beware the behemoths that tear out of the shopping center behind as when you are in line you will be side swiped or worse.
Second time I have ordered drive thru here and given and paid for wrong order. Pays to be alert. Ice cream cone is good. French fries bad — I suspect their drink dispenser has not been cleaned as the scale deposits makes the syrup bitter.

Horrid customer service.
I was here to eat lunch one afternoon, and after we were done, my daughter took my son to the playplace. While there, I took her stuff (purse, phone) to the car. When I returned to the store, the manager pointed his finger in my face and yelled at me «did you see the sign when you came in?» He was referring to a sign that said «no outside food or beverages». I hadn’t seen it just then, but I have seen it around at many restaurants and know that they don’t want you to bring stuff from other home, other restaurants, etc. Well, apparently this manager had a different interpretation, which was that I simply passed through the doorway with my drink, which I had bought at that location not 15 minutes earlier, and which had never left the property.
I wouldn’t have minded debating the interpretation with him, except for the way he started at me was just so rude. There was no «Excuse me sir,» or «I’m sorry but». Just a yell «Did you see the sign». I won’t be going back there, ever.

As McDonald’s go, this one is above average. The staff is courteous and rarely make mistakes. The food always meets expectations and the location provides ease of ingress and degress. Often the drive through line moves slow in the early morning but it’s still not terrible.

Following this address on iPhone maps took me to a neighborhood. Address needs to be updated because there is no McDonald’s on this address.

I take my daughter here on Saturday morning only because its near home. Terrible service. One station open with 8 in line. Often takes 5 – 10 minutes waiting. Staff and mgnt are inept at best.
