Asked for a banana split in the drive-​thru, halfway home it leaked all over my lap and seat. They didn’t even put a banana in it, which you’d expect under the ice cream and because we asked for a BANANA split. Worst Baskin-​Robbins ever, surprised this one hasn’t gone out of business yet.

I ordered an ice cream cake for my son’s birthday and I was pleasantly surprised. I took a picture of what I wanted and gave it to the cake decorator. She made a beautiful replica on the cake. The cake was a hit for the sweltering hot summer. Our party was outdoors with a splash pad. Everyone wanted to know where I got the cake. It was delicious. Not much was left over.

This place has horrible customer service. The quality of the ice cream was off and the worker did not want to replace it with another flavor. She wanted to make us pay for an additional scoop even though we had not left the premise. This is the worse service I’ve received from a business ever. I’ve been a customer of this brand since I was a little girl. I’ll be writing corporate next. I’ll never visit this location again.

Well what can I say except that the ice cream is ok. I would ask the ice cream scooper girls and boys how long the ice cream has been in the fridge and open. Why? Sometime the ice cream taste like a freezer :(Place is good for the kids, but adults should get some custard from Ritas across the street.

They got good stuff here… Well, as with any other Baskin Robbins. Living in the Cinco Ranch area all my life, I have high expectations, and BR has passed them. peace out dawg

I don’t really know what to compare this location to, since I don’t know what to expect different from any ice cream parlor, but if it has a drive thru, it deserves to get a good rating! I really love Baskin-​Robbins in general, so no complaints.
