I have lived here a year and been to this nail salon on many occasions. I have never had a negative experience. I usually get a shellac manicure and deluxe spa pedicure. They never disappoint. Especially Julie!

I’ve gone to this place twice but I will not return. Both times I’ve had my nails filled in. The first time was fine as the tech didn’t do a bad job. Unfortunately, on my next trip the lady who did my nails previously was no longer there so I ended up with a lady who rushed my service and my nails did not last.
Within 3 hours of me getting my nails done the acrylic cracked on 1 of my nails. I am use to my nails lasting at least two weeks so I decided to go back to the salon with my concern the following day which was less than 24 hours from me getting my nails done. This clearly was a mistake because they do not understand customer service. The tech informed me that it was my fault several times and she is only responsible for the top of my nail where she «fill in at». I informed her that if she saw any cracks on my nail that she should have repaired it or let me know if there was any additional cost. I am not sure how many people would not want their nail repaired if a so called professional nail tech informed you of a problem. Anyway she continued to let me know that it was my fault and what I need to do with my nails as if I was a rookie. I forgot to mention that a couple of other nail techs joined in with helping her tell me it was my fault.
I’ve gone to other nail salons that are close to this place and I’ve had a better experience so I would never go back to this place.

Came here two weeks ago and will never be back. The people are very nice, which is why I hesitated on writing a negative review, however I was very disappointed to have spent my money here and would hate for others to feel the same.
I came here as a walk in for a pedicure. The location is very convenient and appeared clean and welcoming. There was no wait. They had a lot of color selections of high end paint, which was nice. The woman who painted my nails was very kind however she tore off part of my toe nail out of my nail bed when clipping it, to the point of blood! It hurt so bad– for days afterwards– so I couldn’t enjoy the rest of the pedicure. The designs on my toes were not done very well at all either. I was very disappointed, especially since getting a nice pedicure is a rare treat for me. I will never return.

I really like this place and have been a customer since shortly after it opened.
It is by far the most consistent nail salon I have been to. The owner is attentive and friendly and wants the customers to leave satisfied. She welcomes suggestions and feedback which is refreshing. There is some turnover due to the fact that it is still relatively new and trying to build up its clientele. But the owners’ sisters and Tammy have been there since early on, and they are all very sweet and friendly.

This is the only place I go to get my nails done! They are all such wonderful people and treat me so great!

For my review I’m averaging two experiences together for an overall 2.
On ⁵⁄₂₄ I popped in for a pedi and a shellac mani. When it comes to getting my nails done I’m more interested in the end result and getting there as quickly as possible. They did my Signature Pedi and mani at the same time which I really appreciated. It cost about $ 90 which I found to be pretty high, but I was happy with the service and my nails. The shellac took about 20 minutes to complete and the Pedi 45 minutes. I would give them 3 stars because I appreciated their efficiency, but felt the price was really high. The mani also lasted a full two weeks which made me very pleased, but the pedi started chipping within a few days.
On ⁶⁄₁₄ I decided to give them another try, but go with a less expensive Pedi. I let them know I wasn’t interested in any add on-​s and just really wanted to get in and out as quickly as possible. I was led to a tub, that they were still scraping gunk out of. At this point I should have left.
The girl who did my nails seemed very sweet, but we had major communication problems. She didn’t let me pick out my toe nail polish, but I told her and another lady that I would like purple. She proceeded to paint my toes a different color — clear sparkles. Not wanting to be difficult, I decided the rest of the pedi was pretty good and the color she choose wasn’t that bad so I just went with it. Unfortunately they wouldn’t do the shellac at the same time.
I felt like for a basic pedi, it took about as long as the Signature but I was expecting the shellac mani to go much faster based on my last experience. That ended up taking over an hour. This girl I believe was trying very hard, but she was being very meticulous and didn’t seem to understand me when I told her that it was ok if she didn’t spend so much time nipping at my cuticles. I’ve never seen this done on a shellac manicure before, but I got 2 applications of base coat, three applications of color, and two applications of top coat. I am really hoping they don’t start peeling off. As she was getting the paraffin told her no thank you that I needed to get going.
During my mani, I witnessed one of the other girls sucking up used acetone out of a bowl back into the bottle. I’m not sure if that is common practice, but it didn’t sit right with me.
After a total of 2 hours, as I was checking out, they did their normal overly concerned look at my eye brows and asked if I would like a wax. I said no and was handed a $ 60 bill. Looking at my toes of the wrong color and thick shellac manicure I just can’t get to feeling good about the whole experience. I would rate it a 1 star and a big lesson learned.

On ⁵⁄₂ Sophia did a powder fill on a set that was done by a different salon. I had been unhappy with my nails and Sophia, without my having to tell her, fixed them and made them absolutely beautiful. She did an amazing job, she’s meticulous and I couldn’t be happier. Tammy is a hoot, as well. Both of them had me laughing. I had a wonderful experience! Today, 5/​17, I came in for a full set of powder. Tammy took care of me and again, my experience was FANTASTIC.
