I am a big fan of Isaac Fit Bootcamp. I don’t really feel like I am participating in a bootcamp, more like sharing a personal trainer… but without the personal training price. In fact, I think the cost is very reasonable even for a bootcamp. Groups are small and the whole environment is friendly and supportive, with everyone getting attention — very different to the usual one-size-fits-all fitness bootcamp approach. Also worth mentioning, this bootcamp is truly child friendly. I have been able to continue training through summer vacation, with my kids playing on the next door playground while I work out. The bootcamp sessions are always varied so I never feel bored. There is a little of everything and something different every day. As a woman, I like the inclusion of fight training, it feels good to put on those pink boxing gloves and it is not something I would get to do otherwise! I was very out of shape when I started, and it all seemed overwhelming at first, but Isaac manages to push each person to their limits so you feel good about your progress every day :-) And he really does get results. I actually lost an inch around my waist after only a couple of weeks, and the progress hasn’t stopped… After 6 months of Isaac’s workouts I have dropped 3 dress sizes and am back in my skinny jeans, without any dieting at all(although my eating habits have changed, because the exercise makes me look at cookies in a whole different way). More importantly to me, I have so much energy and strength now, where before I always felt tired. All this and it’s a lot of fun too!
