The gym is recently opened, all the equipment is brand new and the staff is very friendly, helpful and courteous. They have plenty of cardio and weights equipment, a studio for aerobics or group exercises, a kids center, etc. The location is really great for me, 2 minutes away from my office so I can easily work out at lunch time and still have some time left to pick up a coffee. However, I noticed few strange things over there. After my first visit, I was dressing in the locker room and I noticed a female cleaner moping the floor just few feet away… When I left I noticed a sign at the locker room entrance informing the customers that a female porter is cleaning the amenity daily between 1 and 2 pm. That is totally weird, I was just walking out of the shower(thankfully with a towel wrapped around my waist) and there was this lady looking at me… For crying out loud, in a city with a 4 million population they could not find a male porter to clean up the male locker rooms??? Really??? Seriously ??? Also, the shower cabins are quite unusual. They don’t have doors or curtains. No idea why. They don’t have blow dryers, instead there are a couple of hand dryers mounted on the wall 6 feet above the floor, so you would turn that on and get underneath to dry your hair. Unusual but OK… Next, the steam room… When I used it, the thermometer inside was indicating 100 degrees, but the steam was nowhere to be seen. There were no controls outside the steam room to activate the steam. Overall an OK gym, it would score more in my book if the shower and locker room situation would be different.

New Equipment, never crowded. Could use a couple extra cable machines, battle ropes could be heavier(i’m lifetime fitness spoiled) but I love coming here. I’m glad I picked them. Friendly Staff, Towel service, i’ve noticed the personal trainers are attentive to their clients.
