Got there a little after my appointment. no problem. Craig was very welcoming.
Jim came explained what he was going to do. Came back with the problem. They did not have the part but Paul got his amazing girlfriend Brooke to stop on her way over and pick it up.
That’s service!!!
I drove off with my 550i running like she is supposed too!!!
They now have a customer for life!!!

I’m ashamed it took me one year to write this review, but here it is. Last year on the Wednesday before Thanksgiving my car broke down on my wife while I was out of town.
Thankfully I found C&B on Unilocal and gave it a shot. Craig and his team were extremely professional, honest and fast in doing some major repair work on my car. I was very impressed and thankful that they were able to turn around the car so quickly and especially just before thanksgiving.
I’m based out of Austin, but if I ever need to take my car in for service in the Houston area, I will take it to C&B first. They’re great at what they do. Thank you!

I have owned only German Luxury cars. I also live in many places as my work requires it so I am always looking for quality shops. On this occasion I had a Audi A8L and had contacted Craig for both some light body work and possible mechanical work. Craig was very forthright on both accounts and after a VERY BAD experience with Caliber Collision, who quoted me $ 69 then after dropping it off upped it to $ 451, he suggested I contact Steve Fuller at Bill Fogle. I did and Steve had my Audi in and out in 30 minutes NO CHARGE as it was simply a couple screws and bolts that needed to be replaced!!:)

Great knowledgeable service! Craig keeps common parts in stock. Recommend calling to allocate an appointment so they can plan accordingly.
I have Mercedes that has been maintained perfectly by this shop for years. They are in Katy… my home is on Lake Conroe — there is a reason I prefer C&B (they rock).
