Honest, clean shop, great service, polite and truthful. My wife took her Mercedes in for service and they not only charged less then half of the other shops but ran diagnostics for free and went out up and above in service. They make her feel comfortable throughout the whole experience. Hard to find a place that doesn’t take advantage of a woman but this place was great. I am going to service my BMW here and I just referred my friend with a Porsche to them. Happy to have such a shop close to the house.

Thanks again Unilocalers! My husband and I are so happy to of found this place. Yesterday I had to bring my Mercedes in for some repairs and all of the staff were so honest and friendly. I was shuttled home so quickly I couldn’t believe that I didn’t have to wait! We will be back for any car problems in the future. This is the best place in Katy!

This was my first time here. I needed a state inspection and decided to rely on my fellow Unilocalers so I chose this place (even though the auto shop place across the street offers a free carwash with state inspections). I couldn’t be happier.
I was in and out effortlessly within 20 minutes. Great service and great price. Thank you guys for making this a good experience.

I usually go to Cinco Car Care to get my annual car inspection but their machine was down and one of the employees there suggested I go here. I was told there was going to be a bit of a wait but I was in and out in about 30 minutes or so. There’s a large lobby/​waiting room with a television that’s turned on and a table full of magazines to keep you busy if you need to wait.

I have been living in Katy for over 8 years. In all these years I took all my cars to Auto Check. Not a single time I had to take the car for the same reason twice, as they really fix it from the first time. They do a great job and they are pretty honest. They are not the cheapest in town, still very reasonable.

I absolutely recommend this place of business for anybody that is in need for a trusted automotive repair facility. They have a reputation that is second to none. They have state of the art equipment to insure that your automobile is repaired correctly. There is no OEM dealer that can do a better job than what this facility can. It is a family owned business that prides themselves with customer service. All the certified mechanics are more than capable of repairing any make or model that you may have, all at a fair price without the huge labor rates that all the automotive dealerships charge. The Owner and General manager Scott Bratton is as honest as the day is long. I really appreciate the staff at Auto Check. It gives me anxiety to have car troubles because we often hear how women get treated or taken advantage of because we don’t know a lot about cars. However, the people at Auto Check on Mason road are friendly, honest and reasonably priced. They always offer a solution and I never feel ripped off. When my car window mechanism broke, they did what the could to get it up without charging me and they rigged it so that I could last until I had the money to get it fixed. I am so glad to have them in my corner!
