Hands down, the worst pizza and chicken poppers that we have ever tasted, period. Living in Fulshear, we don’t have too many Pizza delivery options. Having had mixed experiences with other Papa John’s pizza locations in Dallas in the past, I took a gamble anyways on Friday night. The $ 25 order took 80 minutes to arrive at my door, and the tuscan 6 cheese pizza tasted like it had been run over by a few trucks. One bite of the chicken poppers was enough to leave us gagging as the meat was chewy and undercooked. The«Better ingredients, better pizza» marketing slogan could not be farther away from the demonstrated quality of this chain. One and done, now if we could only shake off the nasty aftertaste.

Nothing wrong with the way that the pizza I ordered tasted. Problem I had was with getting an order placed. After placing my order over the phone, arrived at the store to find that they never made my order. Ended up having to order again and wait. Person who appeared to be the manager on duty appeared to be indifferent to the situation. Disappointing service from this location. Will look elsewhere next time I want pizza.

1.5 hrs to deliver a pizza 4 blocks away on a thursday at 4pm. Called and manager wouldnt do anything but say«the pizza are on their way». Pizzas showed up cold. Contacted corp and they turned it over to local manager. Nothing back after 2 weeks.
