The optometrist office is ran by Wendi N. Harada. I didn’t personally see Wendi but I did see both Dr. Dannette Lamert and Dr. Abasi. Both ladies were extremely nice and enjoyed being both their patients. On my first visit I did the usual pre screening exams, the perfield vision test and the horrible air pressure test. Both went by pretty smoothy and fast, each not taking more then 2 mins each. I was then walked into the examination room where I saw Dr. Lamert. She listened to the concerns I had with my eyes an addressed everyone one of them. One concern I had was the headaches that hurt so bad that it would affect my eyes. She recommended that I come back for a second visit. At this time I decided to pick out my glasses. The vision center manager, Matt was more then helpful! I felt like he went above and beyond customer service. Everything went smoothly as far as insurance and the ordering processes. On my second visit I did the tests all over again which I didn’t mind. However, the perfield vision felt longer then expected. I was on that machine would about 5 – 7 mins per eye while the medical assistant chatted away with another employee complaining about a patient. Really? I was so frustrated with that test I wanted to break the clicker. Anyways, I was shown into the next room where I met Dr. Abasi. A really nice lady with a heavy Spanish accent. It was short and sweet, we discussed my decision on which type of contacts I was going with and continued with the dilating my eyes. The only problem I had was the slender Polynesian medical assistant. She didn’t crack one smile on both occasions I was there. She even messed up on my contacts prescription paperwork and didn’t even apologize. She seemed very unhappy with her job. Overall, the staff is friendly and helpful. They don’t have high end glasses but I didn’t really care. I got my frames for only $ 38! I will defiantly come back.
