We specialize in macrobiotic conscious Japanese food with twist. We strive ourselves to use locally produced organic food, gluten and dairy free ingredients like Tamari Soy Sauce, root flour, Hawaiian pink sea salt, Yuzu and white miso. We even make our own sushi rice mix! Providing healthy and safe food, quality without compromise is our motto.
