History

Established in 2011.

Island Sole was born in the Hawaiian Islands. The Island Sole concept was developed because we recognized there was a need in the market for quality, relevant, and supportive casual footwear for all occasions. Our vision of providing footwear that supports the Aloha Lifestyle became a reality with the opening of our first Island Sole store in August 2011 at Kahala Mall. Since then, we have opened 7 more stores. We offer the widest selection of slippers with quality brands that share our passion for slippers, sustainability and beach culture.

We recently launched the Island Sole slipper brand, available exclusively at our Island Sole locations. The slippers are produced in-​house at our local manufacturing facility, and feature fun, vibrant designs that reflect the Aloha Lifestyle.
