We have been with State Farm for years and Rayna and her staff are by far the best my husband and I have ever dealt with. They are quick to respond to phone calls and answer any and all of our questions quickly. I’ve never had to wait long when visiting this location and was always greeted as soon as I walked in the door. Everyone is super friendly and I’ve always walked out very satisfied with their service. If you’re looking for an amazing group of people to take care of your insurance needs don’t hesitate to use Rayna. Highly recommend! She’s amazing!

I’ve been a customer of Rayna’s for years. When I was no longer happy with my service from another insurance company, she took the time to go over all of my policies and save me hundreds of dollars a year by switching to State Farm.
I am more than happy that I did. Rayna is not only my insurance agent, she has become family. A few years ago my husband needed to undergo major surgery for a condition he was born with, and Rayna heard about it. A few days later there was a «Get Well» gift delivered to our home from her. I have always remembered that … because let’s face it … when’s the last time YOU received a delivery from YOUR insurance agent.
But the reason I finally remembered to review my amazing insurance agent, is because I had to go down to her office yesterday to do one of the most dreaded things anyone could ever think of having to do in their lifetime … I had to add my teenage daughter that just got her drivers permit to my car insurance policy.
Rayna was there and greeted my daughter and I with a smile and by name (she never forgets who we are). She added my daughter to my policy as a driver, and took care of everything I needed done. THEN she went above and beyond by explaining to my daughter what it meant to be a responsible driver. She explained to my daughter that everything that were to happen to the vehicle would make my husband and I liable, NOT the driver. She explained why my daughter should never let her friends drive her car without her parents permission, what to do if she ever got into an accident, and gave examples of how an accident could last years to be settled. It was very informative and opened my daughters eyes to the realities of being a responsible driver.
I have NEVER had an insurance agent like Rayna before, so if you are looking for one, know that I am very thankful that I switched to her all those years ago.

Rayna was out this week so I met with one of her agents Brettlin. Brettlin was awesome. Answered all of my questions and walked me through the process. She seemed very thorough and knowledgeable. She gave me a comparable quote and a recommended quote as I was looking to combine my home owners and auto policies. My previous insurance companies didn’t have combined options. What made my decision easier was not only the customer service I got, but State Farm is one of the very few if not the only company that writes their own hurricane insurance and at a very reasonable rate. Over $ 200 less from my previous insurance companies quote. If you don’t have combined insurances and no hurricane insurance, go see Rayna or Brettlin. Tell em, I sent you! Lol. I’ll be making an appointment later to look at life insurance policies as well. Thank you Brettlin and Rayna.

Rayna Man has been my State Farm insurance agent for almost 6 years now. She has been nothing but helpful, professional, informative, friendly, and great with communication. I’ve used State Farm through Rayna for years for my condo insurance. For the coverage, it is very affordable and signing up was a breeze over the phone. Rayna and her staff are very pleasant and helpful. She recently helped me over the phone within 5 minutes to forward an insurance portfolio to my association who needed it.
They were also very forgiving when my debit card didn’t go through about 3 times due to making a mistake on my checking calculations. They weren’t rude about it or didn’t threaten to cancel your insurance like some other places.

Rayna is the best insurance agent someone could ever have. She has saved us so much money while offering us great insurance plans while we are still young. One thing I do miss about this location is raynas first assistant, her sister Darnelle, she was awesome however we still come to rayna cause she is still GREaT!!!

First of all, I should say that I’ve never written a review for any company ever. But Rayna Man’s office and staff are beyond exemplary. The customer service is excellent. They remember you immediately and are attentive to every situation you might face… refinancing vehicles, collisions, relocations, etc. They do great work, and they do it fast and right the first time. Friendly staff. Great customer service. They actually made it a pleasure to come in and see them or to call when things came up. No matter where you live on Oahu, its worth the drive to make this insurance office your choice. Rayna and her staff represent what is good about Hawaii and what picture perfect customer service is all about.

My husband has been with State Farm for YEARS but I only switched over when we were married, and I have nothing but great things go say about the company and specifically this agency and the staff there. Everyone is always kind, helpful, knowledgable, and understanding. I didn’t feel the least bit judged when I had to come admit to forgetting I’d traded the Beetle for the Ram and the challenges of parking garages that come with the change.
Changes and claims are handled easily and smiles abound from the awesome staff here. If you’re thinking of switching, I definitely recommend this agency!
