i literally want it to say fuck this panda express. waited there for 45 minutes for my food. the line was outside the door, there was a wait for almost every entrée, and although i waited there for 45 minutes, they never offered to comp my meal or any extra services to make up for it. never going there ever again. oh, and fuck this pandas.

Kapolei pandas what happens?! Quality and overall service was horrible. When I think of pandas I think of orange chicken and walnut shrimp. Walnut shrimp was butchered and soggy! What happens?! Left for days or something? Over all I won’t be coming to this location anymore :/

Came here for lunch. We usually go to the one in Ewa Beach(which is good btw). But came here. The food was plain, with not so much taste. Needs salt bad. I ordered the fried rice and it has barely any taste. The orange chicken was old. The green beans and chicken breast was delicious and they made it fresh for me. Also freshly made cream cheese ragoons. Which my children love. I still like the one in Ewa Beach better. It has more flavor and fresher food.

This isn’t a review on the food, because I feel that the food is pretty much the same at all the locations I’ve been too… But I really appreciate the customer service they provide at this location! Out of all the locations I’ve been too, they are probably the best at customer service and I personally understand how hard it is to constantly be nice to customers from my experience as a server. Every time I’ve been here, they are smiling, enthusiastic and very welcoming! I usually see the same two people here though, so I don’t know if everyone is as awesome as them. I have high hopes though!

I love the food here. It all is properly cooked right in front of you. Fountain drinks are plentiful. The cost is minimal. The chicken and steak is cooled just right. The fried rice is not burned or dry. Plenty of seating and a casual atmosphere.

We come here often, usually on the weekend. I usually get the Orange chicken & mushroom chicken and my husband gets the kung pao chicken & honey walnut shrimp. It’s a quick place to grab chinese food. At this location, Spencer is always very nice, welcoming and helpful. When you eat in, he comes around and asks how everything is going and if you want a refill on your drink. No other location has that kind of customer service, two thumbs up for Spencer! :)

Chinese fast food ready to go, cafeteria style. I love how you can go and pick which entrée you want. This panda store doesn’t have soup which sucks because what is Chinese food without the egg drop soup? The food is usually good if you go when they just cooked entrée. Went here mid afternoon and food wasn’t that great. Salty and sauce was cakey. You could tell food was sitting there. It’s ok because this is fast food. Staff friendly and nice, food is ok today. They ran out of steak, didn’t want to wait cuz I was hungry. Otherwise will return, it’s close to home, fast and when I don’t want burgers, this place hits the spot.

You know what you’re getting at Panda. The food is tasty and it hits the spot during lunch. What I don’t like at panda is the mechanical customer service, it doesn’t sound genuine at all. Every time I go in it sounds like I’m being greeted by robots.

Went here for lunch and low and behold it wasn’t busy at all… it was about 2pm. I was so surprised they had brown rice fried rice as a choice… So naturally that’s what I chose and chow funn! Chow funn wasn’t great because it was dry and didn’t seem fresh! Got 2 choices which were the SURF&TURF and the BEIJINGBEEF! No complaints about my choices… They were really good! On the other hand, my fiancé had the orange chicken and surprisingly it was hard. My suggestion is go first thing in the morning or during their peak times when you know their food is fresh! If not… You’ll be sorry!

RUNAWAY! Usually we like this place, but today AFTER we ate, when I opened my empty cup(it was Sprite) the ice was full of minuscule little bugs. About 20 – 30 little brownish mite looking bugs. Naaaaaasty!!! The manager was only willing to give me a free bottle of water after refusing to refund my meal and asking me things like; «What do you expect me to do?» She also KEPT serving the busy lunch crowd from the same bug infested ice machine. I called the health dept today and they are sending an inspector. If you want Panda Express, go to the one over by Home Depot(Kapolei); they are bigger, cleaner, nicer, and they have a bathroom at that place.

This restaurant is super small! I think it can only seat around 25 people. Anyway, the small place seems to claustrophobic so I ended up ordering my meal to go. I cant say that it was better than other locations, but it is noticeably different. Some other places look nicer and cleaner. On my first visit there ever, they had a few empty pans in the window and didnt have some items that they serve at other Pandas. Shouldnt they all have the same items? Anyway, the meal came hot and it was good, but I have a hard time giving them four stars since it just seemed a little dirty to me.

Panda Express, did you know this awesome Chinese fast food joint started out as a «fine dining Chinese restaurant» in California? Well that’s neither here nor there I guess. Regardless of what panda express you go to the food is always fantastic, unless you’re a snob with completely unrealistic standards for a fast food place. Come on now, the food isn’t made to order! Anyway, food is great and the service is great as well. When I went in yesterday and ordered my food to go, they were out of orange chicken. Very polite customer service in asking me if I’d like to wait for more to be made. They even offered me a free drink while I waited! Great prices, great food and great service. Go get some panda’s, you know you want to.

What can I say about Panda Express? Every Unilocaler knows their business model and probably their mass produced Chinese dishes. So what I’ll do is compare this location to other Panda Express locations. The first thing that struck me was that this one is smaller than most if not all other Panda Expresses in which I’ve been. The second thing that struck me was that even though I was there at the height of what should have been the lunch rush, the place was nearly empty. I don’t get out to Kapolei often. The empty restaurant made me wonder: what do these Kapolei people know that I don’t? The food I selected was right on par with every other Panda Express in which I’ve dined. That is to say, it was pretty good for the price. I did have to make my selections carefully. Due, I believe, to the lack of customers, a few of the dishes looked like they had been in the chafing trays for quite some time. I skipped those. So, if like me, you find yourself expectantly in Kapolei for lunch and your dining partners give you a choice of McDonalds or Panda Express, go ahead a choose Panda. You may have to make your selections carefully, but you likely won’t have to wait in line for your food or search for an open table. Or maybe you should just find someone from Kapolei and ask them why they don’t eat at Panda Express!

I’m from out of town and came to this establishment for a quick bite to eat. Tastes exactly the same as the other PE, as expected. I was quite pleased with the service. Employees are friendly and the service was wiki wiki :-)

Somewhat run down, service ok, and the food is not always that fresh. Seems the few times I’ve come in, the food looks like it has been sitting there for awhile. I love Panda Express’ orange chicken but the order I had here was not good at all — soft, no crunch anywhere to be found, and tooo much sauce. The Panda Express in MOANALUASHOPPINGCENTER is certainly the best thus far. I don’t plan on coming to the Kapolei one again.
