Generally speaking I really like Planet Sub. However this rating will be based more off the condition of the store itself. Upon arrival I washed up and the bathroom was a bit unkept and the toilet seat was broken. Not a big deal, kept going. The staff was friendly but I noticed things looked as if they hadn’t been stocked in awhile. I placed my order and looked for a table where I had to eliminate two tables due them having crumbs all over them. Note that it was only about 20 mins after opening on a Monday. I looked around and noticed the floor wasn’t swept and all and all just a bit dirty. I have been to this particular store half a dozen times and never noticed this. Signs the store isn’t doing well or just unkept? A customer shouldn’t wonder if the kitchen is dirty as well. The sandwich was good.

Walked in clueless of what to get, got great help from the employee at the counter. Ordered the experience and my girlfriend and I enjoyed every bit of it. The only flaw this location had was its cleanliness, the floors looked like they haven’t been swept or mopped in a few days and table tops weren’t in the best shape.

First off kids eat free on Monday and they have an awesome table with chalkboard for kids to keep them busy. The food is amazing, we have had many sandwiches and haven’t found one we don’t like. Anything with the chipotle sauce is great.

One of the best, fresh veggies and oven baked breads. Their veggie grinder was a great!

Good prices. Great food. Freindly staff. Totaly worth trying to find parking just to go here. Even better if your alreddy shopping. The two pore people working there got cursed out by a man who there two nights before we were there. The young mans name who handled the complaint was josh. Hes not even the manager but still handled the man very politely.

The strip mall exterior hides a nicer, more inviting interior. It took me almost two years to finally visit Planet Sub and I’m glad I did at last. I’d been missing a good alternative to Subway. There are some great veggie choices, which are not always easy to find in this area. A bit overpriced but the quality and service were very good. I doubt I’d seek them out again but if I were in the Zona Rosa and looking for something quick and«healthy» I’d head here to Planet Sub.

Is there a rating lower than 1 star? This place deserves it. Way overpriced for the food. Save your money, go somewhere else.

What do I look for in a sandwich? Crispy bread, gooey cheese, an element of spicyness? You bet. Planet Sub has it! I’ve ignored this planet like Pluto for too long. The commercial for«The Experience» and the $ 1 off coupon from the website brought me to it. Man I love sandwiches.(Just a note here, for those of you adults who insist on calling them sammies, go ahead and order your Forever Lazy and eat some pa-sketti.) Anyway, since«The Experience» I have also tried the creamy crab. PS knows how to make a really good sandwich! They are on the expensive side though a foot long for almost $ 10. But! They’re not subway, the ingredients are way more premium. The only issue I have with the shop itself is the to go order process. You give them your order and then they disappear to the back. Hey, I like a little mystery just like anyone else but you’re kind of left standing there a bit awkwardly. However, a good sandwich does take some time, I just wish I could read a paper or something. Overall great job planet sub. Not sure if you have delivery but if you don’t I wish you would.

Only tried the veggie subs and I am happy with what I’ve gotten so far. One of the few bright spots in the Zona Rosa food dining options. Staff are also very helpful and friendly.
