Every time I’ve been here, this place is absolutely filthy. The smell alone is awful. You can tell they aren’t choosy about who they hire and the workers don’t even try. I’ve given this place three tries over the past three years, but never again. So many others have the same complaint — do the owners even care at all?

My family and I come here all the time. We like to order it to go, but I like eating here too. Sometimes it’s noisy, but that’s to be expected with an open space like a restaurant. It’s located in Zona Rosa, with ample parking behind the restaurant. The food is delicious, and they have a huge variety, with recipes and flavors from around the world. The service is pretty good, and the interior is modern but warm. I always get the buttered noodles with Parmesan crusted chicken and Italian seasoning. Sometimes I get the Indonesian Peanut Sauté, though and that is really flavorful and a little spicy. The macaroni and cheese, as well as the pesto cavatappi are also great here. They have a Coke dispensing machine, where you can choose on the touchscreen what soda and combination of flavors you’d like. They have boxes for leftovers to take home as well. Their rice krispies treats are worth the money, huge slices and the perfect texture. They also sell refreshing IZZE drinks here too, which I really like and occasionally splurge on. Highly recommend if you’re going with people who like different things. Or as a great place to eat while you’re shopping in Zona Rosa.

Amazing quick healthy food. I eat here at least once a week and I am always happy. They are very accommodating and happy to adjust any dish to suit your needs. I have a food allergy and this chain has become very gluten-free friendly, which I couldn’t be happier about. In addition, the staff is knowledgable about their food and what ingredients are included. I feel safe eating here with my allergy and I have never regretted it!

This is the second time I’ve been to this seemingly nationwide chain(first being in San Diego). I wanted something besides fast food during my drive from Topeka to Kansas City’s airport, and this sounded alright. It’s an interesting concept — all kinds of noodles, whether Asian or Italian pasta, are available on the menu. I decided to take advantage and eat both. Where else can I do this? A small bowl is only about $ 4 or so, so that’s what I did. I ordered the Wisconsin mac and cheese, as well as the Thai noodle soup. The mac and cheese was ok. It was creamy, but the topping of cheese seemed like an afterthought and not fully melted. It was as if a cook had cooked the dish, but a child put shredded cheese on top and then microwaved. The Thai bowl had great flavor, but if anything, I would’ve expected about twice the amount of noodles, given it’s a noodle place. Most of the Thai bowl consisted of vegetables. Bleh, I’d rather have the carbs. Overall, the food tasted ok. Add a side caesar salad, and I think my three items cost less than $ 15. That’s not bad considering McDonald’s is more expensive for three meals, and the food’s much less healthy. I could eat here again, but I wouldn’t mind trying something else again. So, A-OK it is!

Not bad. Service was good and the food came out well. Could of made 4 star but there was a lot of trash everywhere.

I complained last year and came back to give them a try again, still filthy and unorganized. WOW.

Hate to say this, BUT… I went there and was really excited since I had never been. The one at zona rosa, hope this is the right place I am reviewing. Ordered from the kids menu and could tell it was processed food. Not good. Also ordered a noodle dish don’t know the name of it but it had a hair in it from one of the staff. I immediately got out of there. Blech! Was hoping for a much better experience. Not sure if I will try it again or not.

I really love Noodles & Company. I’m obsessed with the Penne Rosa with feta cheese. It’s one of my favorite entrées besides the Wisconsin Mac & Cheese. But if your in the mood for something lighter, I recommend their Tomato Basil Soup & Caesar Salad Wrap. It’s delicious. And the homemade rice krispies that they sell by the register are a must have for me. They are so fresh and moist! I tend to grab a bite to eat here before going to the movie theater, and then I take the rice krispy to munch on during the movie. The only downfall to this place is the Pad Thai dish & the fact that everything is pretty unhealthy. Their pad thai is by far the worst pad thai I’ve ever had. The one time I got it I couldn’t even eat half of it because it tasted so bad. And my friends don’t like it either. Also this place doesn’t have low calorie options. Almost everything is 600 calories or more. Very unhealthy, but because all the options are so good I still give it 4 stars. Definitely check this place out when your on the go or walking around Zona!

The service and food was fantastic. Customer service received from Shayla was above expectations. The general manager Kevin even came over to say hello and see if we needed anything. We will definitely be coming back. Come on over and try it. You will not be disappointed.

Good restaurant, good concept, good menu. Love that they have lots of vegetarian options! Wish more restaurants had more options like this! My tofu was a little hard and that means old, otherwise, my Indonesian peanut dish was excellent. Highly recommended to try the place!!! (However, I find their prices a little high!)

Love that they create each meal from scratch once you order. The flavors are always spot on. They will fix your entrée the way you want it if you ask. Don’t be scared to ask for them to create something special that is not on the menu. The new Thai Hot Pot is amazing

OMG! I couldn’t believe what I was seeing when I went with my sister to place a to go order. It was an operational crisis! The place was absolutely filthy! The kitchen is an open kitchen and trash was everywhere. It was a complete mess. It took almost an hour to even get our order and during that time, we saw several people bringing their dishes back because they were made wrong or because they had been waiting longer than we had for our food. All trash bins were overflowing, the tickets were unorganized and the workers looked like they had no idea what they were doing. I couldn’t believe what I was seeing. It was a complete disaster and I hope someone from their leadership team reads this because they need the following focal points at this location: 1. Regular cleaning 2. Train the staff better 3. Be able to deal with dinner rushes

Great customer service! There was a minor issue with my takeout order — after returning to fix the issue I was actually given free cookies on top of my missing item.

I really like the food. I only order the asian options, but the Bangkok Curry, Pad Thai and Udon are all solid options. I also really like the pot stickers they have as appetizers and the dipping sauce for them is spot on. They have a new option, Thai Hot Pot, which I LOVE, but it is too spicy for me. It really has a kick! Unfortunately, this location really blows. Awful awful parking, and a horrible set up for seating. There are only 2 tables that seat more than 4 and only about 4 tables that seat up to 4. Just tons of 2 people tables in the most awkward spot. And you really need to go in the front door if it is busy or you will have to wander awkwardly around to get in line. Service is nice, but they really didn’t think the layout through.

Not a lot to say about this place. Pretty underwhelming. Edible food. Decent service. Very overpriced for what you get. Could have eaten a much more satisfying meal elsewhere for the price. If I could have given it a half star it would have gotten 2.5. Not a good value. Definitely won’t be going back.

This was my first time going to a Noodles & Company location and it sounded good at first. The parking was in the back and could be problematic but it shouldn’t be too bad. I was able to find parking just fine. I met up with a few others around 6:30pm. There were a few people eating here inside and outside. The menu had pictures of each entrée so that was helpful and it was the same menu as online. I ordered a regular Japanese Pan Noodles($ 5.49), added marinated steak($ 2.69), added a soup(chose the Thai Curry soup) for $ 1 more, and a fountain drink($ 1.79). The food came out pretty quick which was good. Part of the Japanese Pan Noodles were burnt a little and it tasted a little too salty. The marinated steak was just okay to me. They would probably match better with the Wisconsin Mac & Cheese. The portion was big and would make somebody comfortably full. The Thai Curry soup was okay at best. It wasn’t spicy to me and the flavor wasn’t very strong. If I had to choose the soup again, then I would have gone with the Chicken Noodle soup or the Tomato Basil Bisque. I thought the food was okay and inexpensive for the amount of food you’re going to receive. I would probably come back to try something else.

I’ve now been here three times. It’s close by, there’s usually convenient available parking(behind Michael’s sometimes) and they post the caloric content of the meals. It’s not too expensive and I love pasta. You can even order online beforehand which is pretty cool. The first time I went I was not very impressed; it seemed like dishes I could make at home easily enough. I tried it again when I felt like pasta but didn’t feel like a big meal like I’d get nearby at Bravo! Cucina. It was pretty good — I had the pad Thai and a salad and I reconsidered my earlier opinion. So I went again and had a small pasta fresca. It was tasty enough but a really tiny portion of pasta. I mean come on it was probably 10 cents worth of pasta in the bowl. Either I was shortchanged on the serving or it’s something of a ripoff. Throw in a teaspoon of veggies and it doesn’t make for a $ 4+ entrée. Luckily I got the side garden salad or I’d have left still hungry. I don’t think I’ll be back anytime soon.

My commentary blab overview analysis: Franchise style setting, large picture & words menu with pastas, salads, and sandwiches. I was in a rush and didn’t know what to choose I was thinking beef stragonoff or western cheesesteak sandwich, but when I asked cashier what is most popular he said the top row. My choices were second from bottom so hmm maybe I should go up to the top. I asked if the beef stragonoff was similar to italian pasta varieties(I was thinking alfredo, but forgot to ask) he said the italian themed items were the first column down, so that was not what I was thinking. I ended up Unilocaling quickly as I was coming close to being late for my flight, and ended up ordering Macaroni and Cheese with Meatballs. I figured I’m in the top row so it should be good, and its soul food, how hard is it to mess that up? Overall food review: First off the togo container was pretty hot to hold so I know the food would’ve been nice and fresh if I had been hungry to eat it then. I carried it with me in flight until I got hungry 4hrs later and granted I understand food would taste better warm, my unbiased opinion is that the mac and cheese was still ok considering it was cold. For my taste the meatball was sausage like tasting and salty for me, not something I cared too much for. The cheese being cold hardened on the top so the bottom noodles weren’t cheesy and had some cheesewhiz runny style cheese coming down it, or was plain steamed noodles. I would’ve expected more spices or flavors to the dish, but it ended up being a down and dirty similar to making quick and easy mac and cheese like Krafts, just with elbow pasta and maybe a bit more real melted cheese than Krafts in box. Would I go back? If I was in a rush for some fast food and wanted noodles I might give them another shot and try another dish or sandwich in store where its fresh and hot. My experience wasn’t horrible but wasn’t magnificent also.
