Jay Wolfe has been part of my life since 1988. I just traded my MDX for the ILX and couldn’t be happier. Jay Wolfe Acura makes you feel part of the family and I wouldn’t go anywhere else to purchase a car or get my car serviced. It is the BEST dealership in town. Thank you Jay Wolfe Acura and your team for once again providing stellar service and going above and beyond.

Our salesman Jimmy went above and beyond to make our car buying experience an absolute pleasure. His knowledge of the product line was superb. What really caught me offguard, was that he knew more about the other vehicles we were looking at than the salesman we had worked with at the other dealerships in town. The paperwork and the whole process was very efficient and smooth, not to mention we got an excellent deal on the pricing as well. I will definitely recommend Jimmy Carpenter and the Jay Wolfe Acura team to anyone in the market for a vehicle.

Bought an 2013 acura tl-​should awd from them used and at first they were helpful, but when something goes wrong… they don’t followup promptly and waiting now almost a month for a resolution. Quick when it comes to getting a paycheck, but then quick to roll you under the rug when convenient. I’ve left 5 messages, two emails, and two out of the way trips to the dealership.

DO NOT buy a car here or in Springfield! They will rip you off every time you go in for your free oil changes. They will try to «recommend» things that have to be done and some your car may not even have. They did it to me. My fiancé was in there recently and they have to fix something free from warranty and they went through a list of things he «needs» to have done and pay for. The new older lady in service was trying to say how dangerous something’s are. She must use this line on everyone because she also did it to me last month. Get 2^nd opinions somewhere else. They never have the same prices either. It’s like they just pick a price. Only reason they got 1 star is so I could post this to warn others

I bought my first Acura at Jay Wolfe in 1986. Since that time I’ve purchased all of my cars there. I just bought a TSX yesterday. I also have them serviced there. BTW, serviced is an understatement. I should say, «pampered». Great crew all the way around, I really appreciate these folks.

I recently bought my 2013 Acura ILX (love it by the way) at this dealership. At the time they were remodeling and hadn’t finished with their new building yet.
Lately I’ve had the unfortunate mishap of bringing my car into the dealership more often than I should (2 flat tires, new parts for brakes, and new parts of car temp.)…I’m asian, I’m short, I’m a chick… I fit the stereotypical asian female driver so I’ll cut to the chase, haha (I’m really not bad I promise!).
Jay Wolfe Acura has GREAT customer service! I’ve gone in so many times they know me by name now… is that a good thing? Ha, anyways, every time I’ve gone in the consultant walks you into their lounge with a full dining café. The lounge is big with 3 sections, one with a more living room feel with a working fireplace, the other side is the café with high tables/​chairs, and 3^rd a kids play room. They give the servers your name and estimated wait time which I thought is pretty impressive. The Acura lounge offers complimentary breakfast from bagels, to muffins to even an egg muffin, juices, coffee, water and more. They literally offer many things. I came in and ordered a blueberry muffin, they warmed it up for me and brought it out to my table with a plate and fork AND they took my trash away when I finished. I felt like they treat their patron customers very well! Not to mention scattered throughout the lounge are bowls of of candy! The key to my heart!
With all the mishaps I’ve had with my car I honestly do not mind taking it up here because I enjoy their services and super friendly staff, I could do without the 30min drive but it’s not too bad once you get there.

Went there to look at an mdx. The salesman was attentive and helpful;despite the fact that I looked like a bum. I wasn’t ready to make the purchase just yet, but when I’m going Jay Wolfe to see Michael Ray.

When you purchase the vehicle, they seem great. Their true colors are shown when its time to service. I bought a car from them last year. Due to tuition fee rise, I took it back to them to see if they would buy it. Of course, they quotes something way lower then average trade (I am the second owner, clean carfax, low miles). FIne, I can live with that, they are a dealer after all. I told them I will see if I can find a person to buy it and come back. A week later, I emailed them about their offer… BAMN… $ 500 less without even looking at the car again? Why? Because I mentioned I needed the money bad to pay fees?

I’ve purchased 3 cars from Jay Wolfe Acura in the last 15 years. I’ve also purchased cars from Aristocrat Motors and Mercedes Benz of KC during the same time frame and I find Jay Wolf Acura at least as good as those two dealers if not better.
I always start my purchase with the Internet Sales Manager, I find this a way to hammer out a quick deal via email without spending too much time at the dealer. I spent a total of 2 hours over multiple days at the Acura dealer on my recent purchase, including the time spent taking delivery of the car.
Jay Wolfe has recently remodeled; the showroom and service areas are outstanding. The service area serves coffee, breakfast and lunch each day from Panera. Aristocrat never offered me a Panera sandwich when I took my car for service…
My time was not wasted in any way and the sales manager did many tasks to remove hassle from the process. He even arranged for the car to have accessories installed prior to me taking delivery.
Overall, a fantastic experience. I would buy from Jay Wolfe Acura again…
