We purchased a used vehicle from Dominique at Hendrick’s she was a great salesperson to deal with. I am a salesman my self and I liked the way they did business. Would go back in a heart beat if they have what we are looking for next time.

If I could give negative stats I would. The Sales tactics are very much questionable and the management treats customers very poorly. I see other reviews on bait and switch and have to agree. Find a more reputable dealership.

Pretty much every example of bait-​and-​switch, how-​about-​these-​floor-​mats, sorry-​you-​need-​to-​wait-​three-​hours-​our-​computers-​are-​broken, oh-​you-​need-​to-​come-​back-​three-​times, we-​forgot-​to-​collect-​the-​check, oh-we-don’t-have-a-manager-available and more of what you hear about car sales has happened with me at Hendricks Buick Cadillac. I just don’t trust them. No thanks. Don’t need them for any other business.

My first experience was because of the recall on my Buick Lacrosse– ’07 ignition, so I cannot evaluate some aspects of the Hendrick service process. Nonetheless, the efficiency, courtesy and overall customer service was excellent. The waiting room was very comfortable and well equipped including wifi. I had asked on the phone for a general check up but that was apparently not communicated to the service department; otherwise, I would have given five stars. I will seriously consider using you all again. And thank you.

Absolutely awful. Worst experience I’ve ever had with a car dealership. If they can squeeze a dime more out of you, they will regardless of any lie they must tell or moral they must ignore.

Any one have any issue with shady dealings over a card that they want to purchase your car? per the post card fro Josh Hendrick Car is worth $ 72 702 take it in, its worth $ 52 000, decline as ask for more they raise it to $ 54 500 and when you call to take the offer they offer you much less and even tell you that the correct person has not looked or appraised the car and it is only worth $ 40 000. Not to mention that I have called /​texted and emailed them over the past several days and can’t get a return call text or email. Then a few hours after them telling me 40,000 I get another letter in the mail from someone that doesn’t even work at the dealership anylonger telling me they are extending the offer for 7 more days. We were in the market for a new car; our absolute least favorite thing to do is car shop! We had decided on a GM car since we had some points available from our GM Credit card to use towards the payment. We ended up at Hendricks Buick and worked with Fred Walters. It was an amazingly easy and enjoyable (yes, I said «enjoyable» in a description of car buying… that means it was a nice experience)! We got more car than we expected for less than we expected — a double positive. Fred found us all the great rebates etc. and got us into a sweet car (for a Buick)! When we picked up the car they had it in the showroom with a huge red ribbon on the hood. All of the employees at the dealership came into the room and cheered for us and shook our hands and congratulated us on our purchase! Okay, I’ll admit it was a bit cheesy, but when you think about it a car purchase these days is a huge purchase (I didn’t need the calendar they sent with our picture with our new car — it won’t be our Christmas card pic) I’d recommend this dealership to anyone. They are genuine and extremely pleasant to work with when shopping for a car.
