Carpet Direct

All I can say is this place is HORRIBLE do not even think about ordering carpet from them! IF the rating had negative stars I would rate it –5! We were visited by this weirdo salesman named Corey (who I think was on drugs) the dude was so fidgety he couldn’t sit still. He showed us what the company had in stock which was the lowest grade carpet available on the market and we kept telling him we wanted better grade carpet so after 45 mins he finally showed us those samples. Well we ordered carpet making them aware of a deadline we had so he called the warehouse and advised us they would be able to get it in that time which was 3 weeks from the date ordered, well we ended up getting the carpet 12 weeks later!!! When our carpet did come in it was freed so they had to reorder it that took another week. This company did not stand behind their word and kinda had a attitude that we were lucky to get the carpet we should have ordered what they had in stock. Also thought it was kinda strange the morning after writing our check they were at our bank to cash it, but yet it took me so long to get my carpet??? Talked to the owner Chuck several time and got nothing but promises that weren’t followed through with. All I have to say is BEWARE!!!
