Katie O. is so great to work with. She has now helped me with the carpet and vinyl for 2 rental houses and for our home. She always helps me pick out something that works with my rooms, and saves me money.
On our latest remodel of a rental home, Nathan H. was installing the bathroom vinyl and he discovered that the sub-​floor was «wet» from a toilet leaking. The entire bathroom floor needed to be ripped up and replaced before Nathan could finish the job. Even though that isn’t really what he does, he agreed to do the work for me so we could stay on track and get the house rented as soon as possible.
It was a real mess, but Nathan and his team did a great job and finished the project in 2 days. If I would have had to find someone else to do the sub-​floor replacement, it would have taken weeks.
I have already rented the house and everything looks wonderful.
This is my 3rd time using you for my carpet and flooring needs. It is the second time I have used Nathan and his team. I will never use anyone else. You guys are great.
