Like the previous reviewer, Dr. Payne is a one man practice that you truly need to try. I have been to plenty of chiropractors who have sold me numerous lines and tried to sell me many products but Gary adjusted me and did more, he healed a sore lower back and other spots I didn’t even know where issues until he worked them. He practices global relief. It’s all about total body not just what hurts, thereby fixing whatever ails you. It was thorough and very efficient. I will be back again because the prices are low enough and the location is convenient enough to do so. I am very glad I sought relief from him verses any other chiropractor.

As a person with numerous structural maladies finding a good chiropractor is as mission critical as a trustworthy car mechanic is to an older model car. Gary Payne’s Bone Works Chiropractic one man operation is the kind of trustworthy, no hocus pocus, no new age snake oil sort of chiropractor who isn’t afraid to actually make adjustments and keep my creaky bones in tip top running order. Unlike many Chiropractors I have used who simply make small incremental adjustments and then spend more effort selling products, Gary addresses the whole body — toes to head for the same price most chiropractors charge for spot adjustments. Anyone who has experienced as many ankle twists knee dislocations as myself knows that often it’s not just the injured spot that suffers it’s all the connected areas that then get pinched up and and out of whack due to over compensation. By seeing that my whole body is in proper form those spot adjustments stay fixed and my whole body is happy. Bone Works, Dr. Payne is just a few years into his career so no fancy offices or assistants to wade through. But like that backyard mechanic you keep on speed dial because the dealership or the franchise suck at really fixing the problem — I know I’ll walk out feeling better. And as an independent solo entrepreneur myself I like to support other solo practitioners who really know their stuff.
