This is a total Buyer Beware place. Pros: Huge selection of rugs, etc with good prices if you are looking for a cheaper area rug. Cons: Basically assume anything you purchase from this place is not returnable. Read the fine print on everything; ask extremely detailed questions as to returns, i.e. expect that what you are walking out with is what you will be keeping… period.
If you are looking for a large selection of cheaply priced area rugs this is a «decent» place to look. However, price and selection are quickly overcome by the fact you feel you are dealing with shady business practices, or if you don’t feel that way you should. This isn’t a regular furniture or rug store. This is barely a step from buying a rug from out of a guys van on the side road or the hardware store ‘tent sale’ parking lot.
